The MLB The Show 17 Twitch stream has just started, as they go over the Little Things in the game and much more. We will update this post with the archive link when it's over. Feel free to post your thoughts!

UPDATE: Here is the link to the archive, which shows off plenty of gameplay and scenarios in the game. They also show every uniform in the game.

Padres brown was fixed. Didn't catch the red Sox. Dying to get this archived so I can check.

Wow DD got the most love again this year !!! I jus wish Someone would make another baseball game as competition would make this deve team focus on more then DD .. DD should be available offline and able to play in franchise ..

They've added a variety of different missions such as daily, epic, spotlight, etc.

Of note, it looks like there are a variety of ways to get the stuff you want. Great for people like me that just play one game mode.

Bullpen AI now looks at who is coming up a few batters later instead of bringing in the best pitcher for the next hitter.

As much as I appreciate more uniforms, this seems like an odd one to add. I'm pretty sure the Royals only wore those for one game last year, so I wonder why that jersey would get added over any other one-time jerseys (i.e. 4th of July, Memorial Day, Mother's Day, etc).

Not complaining, just curious.

Back number placement looks much better (higher up) or is it just me?

Easy explanation. They said they'd add every jersey in the style guide. One off special occasion jerseys like mothers day and fathers day and fourth of July are not actually in the style guide. I see your point too but as long as they add in all the jerseys that are regularly used first I'm OK with them adding less used jerseys like the Hispanic Heritage ones.

Online guys, you can now select your presentation. If you don't select anything, the default is hybrid.

People that were asking, the reason why the Expos aren't in the game is because Sony does not have the license for it

So the only 2 jerseys that didn't seem to make the game are the Arizona Los DBacks Hispanic Heritage jersey and the Padres Way Back Wednesday 98 throwbacks. The Padres ones may not be in the style guide though even though they were worn regularly last year because they are still just throwbacks. I did enjoy seeing the Padres had both camo jerseys brown and blue.

The ball physics changes are just ominpresent. You can see it in almost every play, and it's a total game changer.
