The Cardinal alt road navy blue belts and hats/helmets aren't in. As well as the Sunday home alt navy blue hats with the bird on the bat, not sure how these are not in the style guide is beyond me, they have been in the Show of years past.

Kinda disappointed.

I for one love all of the new details. Hits/animations/ face detail updates all look great. Can't wait to see Suntrust Park as well.
The problem is that for legal reasons this suggestion can't be done so them getting the uniforms right would be nice. And while I'm sure this stuff gets annoying to many, the devs have proven they listen to our feedback so mentioning these things when needed is crucial to getting the errors fixed.

Ah, thanks! Maybe they'll be in for MLB 18 then.

There were a lot of sweet looking double plays.

If they tied the helmet color/style to the hat selection, as opposed to the jersey selection as it is now, then choosing the Rangers red cap would give them the red helmet which would go a long way in getting the Rangers home red/white combo in. Only thing that wouldn't match is the blue undershirt, but I could live with that.

I have learned to accept that other people want different things than I do out of the Show
and once I started mentally blotting out those posts, that made it completely un-annoying.

I wonder if everyone's universal profile historic leaderboards are different.

For example, they showed Innings Pitched as a stat you accumulate and pass current and Past MLB players. And they showed guys like Eddie Gamboa, Kenta Maeda, and Dellin Betances. Pretty random players. I wonder if everyone has the same names on these lists, or if they are different for everyone bc there are hundreds of players within 5 innings of each other historically.

Of course the top guys would be the same and when it starts to widen the gap towards the top of the all time leaders, everyone should see the same names. But I'm talking about the bottom half where guys have some but not historic numbers

Just now getting a chance to catch the archived stream...loving the new achievements tab in the universal profile! Cool addition and will love keeping up with those stats/achievments throughout the year.

Cleats still aren't right for the White Sox Sunday alternate. Not that big of a deal. Still a bummer though.

I think the reason the Dbacks red hat isn't in ( I don't think it's style guide related. Could be wrong though) is that the hat itself isn't attached to a specific uniform. It's an alternate that will be worn randomly. The pitcher usually will select it. Makes sense for them to wear them with the home whites, but the black hat is what is attached to that uniform in real life. The only way I could see it in the game is if it's in the select individual items section, but that might be far fetched.

They only wore the red hat a couple of times last year anyways. Not too big of a deal, but I can understand why some people want it in.

Those base runner windows look graphically downgraded from previous versions and was asking if it was tied to the actual ball in play offensive camera, which was set to retro camera hence the downgrade?

One thing I like is they added the Players number and fielding position to the Home Run Overlay. And also the whole players name is displayed and the font they are using is much nicer then last years as well. I remember asking for that in the wish list thread for 17 Thanks Sony!!!

I wonder if we will get completely different home run overlays for each theme?

Here is the new one and old one for comparison.

Quick Update!

It's not the fielding number but rather "L" for Left hand batter that's on the Home Run Overlay. I would rather have the fielding position "RF" in the case of Carlos Gonzalez instead of "L" for left hand But but it's not a big deal either way. Maybe something they can change for 18

I still like it better then 16's Home Run Overlay!

Baby Steps right guys

There was a stretch of three or four hits in a row during that Shea Stadium game where every one was distinct and new to '17. So fun to watch. Other impressive hit moments for me were the line drive (earlier in the stream?) that curled hard to the gap and the shot down the line that died in the corner.

Hit variability is gonna go a long way to keeping things fresh when you're grinding away 5-10 years into a career.

Grass color and dirt look so much better. Unbelievable job by SDS on that detail.

I had suggested in the uniform sock help thread that maybe they should add a striped option in CAP for teams that regularly have players wear both solid and striped socks, but my comment was deleted with a bunch of others. Hopefully it was seen and taken under consideration.

I noticed that too. Frankly I'm surprised that there were 140 comments prior to this being mentioned.
