The Madden Companion App is available now for Android and iOS devices.

FRANCHISE MODE
Use the Madden Companion app to advance the week, view the weekly schedule, utilize commissioner controls, receive important notifications, and even export stats to third party websites all from the palm of your hand.

FRANCHISE NOTIFICATIONS
When you open the M17 Companion App for the first time, make sure to enable Notifications. This will ensure you are notified any time the league advances or when games are played. When you are in a league with several friends, knowing when the week has advanced, so you can play your game is key. Enabling notifications will also keep you informed of Trade Proposals and League Invitations.

TO DOS
You can set yourself as ready, toggle autopilot, or force advance the week right from the app. Your commissioner now has no excuse for not advancing the week on time!

COMMISSIONER CONTROLS
From the members tab, you can see all the other people in your Franchise and as a commissioner you can toggle auto pilot, clear cap penalties, boot users, make admin, and transfer commissioner status. In situations where one person isn’t available to play a game, the commish can now turn on auto pilot, while on the go, so the league can continue to run smoothly.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
See scores and matchups for the week easily on the Schedule page. If you are the commissioner, then you can easily force a home or away win right from the app.

LEAGUE STATS EXPORT
There are many Franchise fansites that provide a great service to the community, and now you can safely integrate stats from your league into these websites using the new Stats Export feature. You simply put in the URL for your favorite fan website that supports this functionality and then press Export. Once the process is complete, the fan website will have all the player stats and rosters for the entire league. A big “thank you” goes out to DaddyLeagues for working with us on this feature.

MUT REWARDS
Start earning rewards for opening packs in Madden Ultimate Team. All packs you open will count towards your total. MUT Rewards members can receive Coins, Packs, and other great surprises throughout the Madden Season.

New players can sign up for MUT Rewards in the Madden Companion App, while existing members can view exclusive Ultimate Team stats, see the number of packs they’ve opened, and update the email address associated with their account.

Yeah, pretty funny how EA acts like there's tons of DL-like sites to choose from when the truth is there's only one site to export to.

Yes its great for online leagues especially. So much easier to sort thru so much data. Also , once you have a league page hosted there, if you renew the next year the price is reduced. To any league that plays most of the year or year round, the cost is very minimal. Thats about 2$ a month. Thats very well worth it.Just to be able to filter thru all FA or even players on other teams, all at once, and set filters so it only shows say all HBs with trucking over 84 , with the simple click of a button, is just awesome.Or show all LT with run block over 85 and pass block over 82 . Just makes things so quicker to sort thru. The time it saves me alone is worth the 2 $ a month.

I believe they said it because they expect other sites to pop up and try to mimic what Daddy Leagues does, and has done since madden 13. Which would not surprise me.

However alot of data gets stored on its servers, which does cost money, so like most things now in days, id find it hard to believe a place that holds as much data as DL does , plus the time and work that goes into making it work , keeping it running well ,staying on top of things and trying to add new things, most would be willing to do for free now in days.

May be true, but EA Dev Blog acted like we already have dozens of sites to choose from (or at least more than 1). No offense to DL whatsoever, and clearly they are outstanding and have no competition (ironic, EA) but only because as you said no other site currently exists or comes close.

But it would have been cool to export stats at least as a csv or excel file (never mind another web site), to create your own charts/graphs/progress tracking.

Yes. It has to be online so DL can pull the data from your cfm off the ea servers.

Those features are gone because now users aren't actually logged in to the EA servers as themselves as they once were via DL. It was a huge security issue and one of the reasons this all came to be. I'm not sure they can be added back through DL without reopening some of those vulnerabilities. I do know they will come back to the app over time though.

Yep, that's what i was hoping for. It was obvious that DL wouldn't have that functionality back sayings how already generated data is only exported.

How many seconds can you last before the crash? Cant do anything with this app right now... Iphone 7 plus, Iphone5s, Samsung Galaxy Note 5,Samsung note tablet.

I keep getting the same thing

"A server error has occurred,come back later so we can tell you the same thing again"

Your not the only one, Ive not been able to export all day today. Half the time i get an error at log in . Numerous " server errors , just when trying for the app to find my leagues. Forget trying to export anything. Sure hope they have someone working on this ,and they didnt just put it out and just let it be like this until madden 18. This thing needs some serious stability updates.

Not only this, but once it actually lets me export and I go check DaddyLeagues or my Groupme for the update....nothing. I sometimes have to export a few times until the stats, scores, roster updates, etc actually show up on both.

This app needs an update. Takes me around 20 tries to finally get in & just sync the week to DL. Error after error I have to just keep trying, sometimes it won't work at all.

Maybe I'm alone, but I'd have preferred the old website over this app.... And I'm a commish....

Great question. I just want to look at my stats in my online solo CFM without having to pay $25 to do so. Don't get me wrong, I have a DL page for my Online League w/ friends, but I also play a side CFM and dropping $50 a year just to view basic information is not awesome.

The app says you can export to "supported 3rd party sites" but I've reached out to EA to see what that is and have not gotten an answer, just a generic direct to the EA Forums and FAQs. Is there anywhere on the internet EA is ok with letting us export our stats that wont cost us $20+ per online CFM? Google Docs? Dropbox? Anywhere???

Did DL always have "Traits" in the player profile? I just discovered this today. I either just don't remember them being there in the past, never actually looked at it, or it's new. Pretty cool page of info they have offered.

I built an exporter for the companion app. You can sign up with a username and password to view your exporters. The home page has the directions on how to export to the website.

Features:
Download (JSON) & Delete each export
Login to have a place of all your exports

i cant even verify email in the app or online... in order to even use the app... WTH i have tried multiple emails... and nothing ever sends to "VERIFY"
