EA Sports UFC 2 Patch 1.10 Available Now, Patch Notes Included

Geoff Harrower, A.K.A. GameplayDevUFC, has been posting quite a few details on the upcoming EA Sports UFC 2 patch on his Twitter page. While no date for the patch has been revealed, he has posted quite a few nuggets. Check out some of them below and let us know what you think!

Fixed bug where cancelling the SUB transition from postured up half guard to guard would interrupt all DOM strikes
Gave DOM the ability to break out of a single leg attempt after reversing into that position from SUB side control
Added increased damage to any round strike that connects with an opponent who lunges sideways into it
Added Anthony Pettis and Renan Bar�o to Featherweight

(UPDATE: 9-27) The patch is available now for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, below are the patch notes.

Updates

Added three new fighters; Nikita Krylov in Light Heavyweight; Jimmie Rivera in Bantamweight; Jake Matthews in Lightweight
Added Anthony Pettis and Renan Bar�o to Featherweight
Updated moves for various fighters
Ultimate Team players now earn a reward pack for their first win of the day in Ultimate Championships

Gameplay

Added increased damage to any round strike that connects with an opponent who lunges sideways into it
Added the ability for the DOM fighter to break out of a single leg attempt after reversing into that position from SUB side control
Fixed the Stamina setting in Practice Mode
Fixed bug where cancelling the SUB transition from postured up half guard to guard would interrupt all DOM strikes

I am really happy about the upcoming patch will be the last for EA UFC2. They should be focus on the next title as EA UFC3. Due to the lack of time. Everyone wants the best mma game ever, they need more times what the make it.

Yes, hooks and roundhouse kicks, etc.

We didn't change anything with straight trajectory strikes, or forward/backwards lunges.

Relating to footwork, are lunging hooks back? How about shift techniques like open door hook?

Clinch punch health events?

Has everybody forgot the main fighter to add to another weightclass is DONALD CERRONE for welterweight,has everyone had a brain fade including devs,not trying to be rude but he is the main fighter to put in another weightclass,i mean he was about to fight Lawler and he is fighting Gastelum at UFC 205.

He's been added already to WW in the last patch.

Sorry my mistake about Cerrone welterweight,i was going by the EA official roster which they have not updated and i must of skipped past him in the game.

Lombard would be another since he last fought at 185. Guys like Lombard miss lunging strikes

GDP, is asking, whether for Japanese users, the Japanese localization patch. Strongly hope. Its Now, many Japanese users will not want this.

Colored trunks are not going to happen for UFC 2.
