Someone managed to capture the NBA 2K17 team select screen. A few other images can be seen here.

UPDATE: This one from Karl-Anthony Towns. (Probably edited ratings for himself and a few others to get the Wolves rated that high, one would assume.)

Im glad they removed that red tint from the light skinned guys though

Yuck...Maybe because I'm an Android user, I'm just not a fan of light themes. The first thing that I do with any new app on my phone is switch it to the dark theme. Maybe we have that option with NBA 2K17 ?

That can't be true. 4th in offense? They have a good young team and if everyone performs well they could be really good but 4th in offense and 5th overall sounds like a reach. They would have to play to their absolute full potential to touch that ranking.

I could see it the rating next year, but not this year.

I do expect them to get the 8th seed this year.

I've seen some goofy things in betas, when they're experimenting with ratings, and don't have all teams completed. I would assume that's the case here. I wouldn't put much emphasis on any ratings shown when the game is in beta.

Yeah they have the lakers 28th, pretty goofy.

I was always under the impression that the offense, defense and overall ratings were derived from the player ratings on the team. Not necessarily their "rank". I take it that's not how it works.

Lol nearly September and this is what we're talking about.

Looks good though. But how about something official? BF1 already have an open beta FFS, now that's how you build hype.
