WOW no 31 is already close to 90, FIFA really needs to spread out the ratings more...

EA is all about putting off that gameplay footage as long as possible it seems. From the little bit I've seen from the Gamescom footage, I don't blame them. I think I've seen 6 or 7 goals scored so far and they were literally all crap.

I hope I'm wrong, would love to have 2 great games of footy this year. PES is holding up their end of the bargain, that's for sure.

You have to think about how many professional soccer players there are in the world. Even if the top 50 are all 86 or better, that's still a very small percentage of all the top leagues in the world. Of all the sports games developed these days, doing the ratings for a soccer game has to be the toughest!

So 20 left after today, probably includes:

De Gea, Courtois, Neuer
T.Silva, Boateng, Ramos
Ozil, Modric, Pogba
Messi, Ronaldo, Suarez, Neymar, Bale, Ibra, Lewandowski, Aguero, Higuain and Griezmann.

That is 19. Who am I missing?

Gerard Pique possibly. You probably nailed the other 19 though. I'm not sure where Ribery fits into the rankings, but he could be the other one as well.

That would be my guess unless another goalkeeper like Bravo or Navas got a big rating boost.

Considering the only really noticeable difference between 90% of the players is speed, It's not too big of a deal.

Doubt it but would love to see my boy Dybala crack the top 20.

Surprised to not see him in the top 50 though.

And celebrations, by all means let's see the GD celebrations, lol.

I really am hoping this game's good, it's just a bit unnerving how little info they're releasing thus far. I love the dribbling, passing and shooting on FIFA, it's the AI that needs so much help.

Personally,if you consider the number of players in the game, the spread is fine for me.

#3-Neymar, #2-Ronaldo, #1-Messi. Might as well have released those, too. No big mystery, there. Lol!

So dumb that Suarez isn't top 3 tho IMO, he's better than Neymar.
