NBA 2K17 Soundtrack Revealed

2K has just announced the full NBA 2K17 soundtrack, curated by Imagine Dragons, Noah “40” Shebib of OVO Sound, and Grimes. The new soundtrack will feature music across all genres including hip-hop, rock and alternative with songs from JAY Z, Future, Action Bronson, The Internet, The 1975, Santigold, and more. Soundtrack looks good. I'll probably mute them after 2-3 months though. Big fan of music in general so I've heard a lot of these songs more than enough times already. Love that The Internet made the cut.

Absolutely. I just noticed she's one of the curators alongside 40 and Imagine Dragons (again, why are they involved?). I can almost guarantee a lot of the stuff most of us have never heard of, Grimes selected. This is one of the more interesting looking soundtracks they've put out in a while. I'm actually looking forward to it.

Soundtrack lists have never been a deal-breaker for me. I'm liking this list. It's very long and very diverse. 50% of the list is unknown to me and that doesn't offend me: I'm sure I'll find some new songs and artists for my Playlist

Stuff like this makes me miss games like NBA In the Zone

None of this mainstream junk, just nice fitting basketball music, mostly unique to the game itself.

Most of the time it's more annoying because this is the same music they play during time outs which sounds like junk

So soundtrack gets it's own news day? The least important part of the game is news. Ok then. I'd rather see screenshots, gameplay improvements, etc.

I always mute the soundtracks they annoy me more than anything.

90% of that is getting muted on first day. I don't mind the diversity, but I can't listen to most of these songs.

Why even bother releasing the soundtrack before the game drops. This isn't news we want to hear about. Like someone else said, I'd rather see more screenshots or something more important.

I like the song, but damn lol this is the third time that "Creator" is on a 2k game since 2k9. Someone at 2k has to be doing this as an inside joke or something lol
