NBA 2K16 News Post

My last two NBA 2K16 pieces have been a bit on the heavy side, both in terms of tackling multiple issues and asking many community questions. This week, I知 going with a more brisk topic and asking one simple question:

What two-man interactions make you rage out?

I have a larger point about two-man interactions I値l hopefully cement and talk about in a future article, but for now I want to ask about this one specific issue. After the jump, I値l highlight three two-man interactions that chap my butt, and I hope you all will throw some out there as well in the comments below.

Let痴 do it.

Ahh man Ahh man the no steal steal is something I personally dislike, the percentage of it goes up late in games and if you use pick and roll alot, the AI-puts the body of the defender right on the ball, the double team steals go up even if you beat the double ,I play alot- good dribble or not-the ball wrap through any animation until you hit the paint, honestly for me it's like a challenge I know is coming like GSW lol makes it more playable for me especially on hall a fame setting in my playoffs.

Yes fix all of these please and those I can't sprint animations because the defender is behind you causing a contact animation.

I get 4-5 turnovers because the CPU runs into the ball and I loss the ball.

Add the in and out violations that is never called: the player takes theball out passes it in to only have that player take it out again. It slows down the game to allow the defense to get back and set up.

Mine's related to the suction.

Being a center, I get into the post, my defender further out than me, and I realize my feet are in the paint, so I hit R2 to try to sprint out of the paint--but I'm stuck there, and I get called for a 3-second violation before I can get loose.

I'm not even holding L2 when I realize this.

I find that the computer plays man to man defense in a way that the human user cannot. I understand that they put emphasis on anticipating your opponents moves in order to play good man to man D, but they are very unforgiving on the fact that in real life, good defenders can make up good ground if taken out of position. I also hate the fact that a cpu defender can still be facing the opposite direction and steal a pass. It's as if they programmed that animation to activate when you press the pass button and has become an annoyance for quite sometime.

To add to this the acceleration for centers are absolutely terrible. I've been in that situation where I'm about to get called 3 seconds and my big barely moves...the movement for centers are god awful in the park. The park just made me hate the movement system for this game.....turning your center around is another damn chore....then there's the back peddling that you can't break out of. So much for maxing out athleticism if he moves like Gheorghe Mureșan.

Surprisingly though I can move my center better playing pro-am but I don't want to play 4 quarters.

OT: Only two man animations that I see that needs to be toned down are the fouls.

Fouling like this without pressing Y or X and with defensive assist at 0

Breaking a defender's ankles then having him pop right back up, also the auto -hesitation
