Damn! You on Ps4 or XB1? Have you tried pausing and unpausing the download within the notification/downloads section or menu when using the PS4? You may have to execute this action several times. This should force the download to cycle between servers until you find an optimal speed that will allow the expedition of the file to your local platform data repository.

I've been playing this game on Xbox with the trial and maybe I'm alone here but NBA Live is pretty gameplay and graphics-wise. I enjoy the pacing and the movement. Played a couple games against the cpu and had a great time with. I don't understand where this game seems more arcadey than the "other" one. This seems like a very solid sim to me. It's not as flashy as its counterpart but for me that's what I'm looking for. Pure basketball.

Yeah. I agree. This last big patch/update seemed to make things more enjoyable for me. I had some good moments and the game was right down to the wire. MiamiVSCavs. The cpu even made mid range jumpers. I lowered the sliders to 40 shooting on both sides, seemed to make it more realistic. I want the eurostep/pro step button toned down, still too easy to score with that.

I have to agree 100%, I have played the crap out of the demo and own the other game since Friday and been playing the crop out of that too. I usually don't get caught up in the the battle of who's better stuff. IMO, LIVE is just as Sim as the other game, to lives credit, crowds players faces and all around graphics look quote great. As a Knicks fan too is much more enjoyable playing in the garden in LIVE, just because they have the rights and the real MSG court in the game. I don't know. I like both but live has gotten extremely better, we'll for me anyways.

The full game is out today, is that right?

Why are there no impressions / no separate thread / no day one patch notes etc?

So have those of us with EA Access already seen this "Day 1" patch or is that still coming tonight? Haven't seen it confirmed either way...

I ended up getting the Digital Pre-Order last minute, only came out to $45 for me so I didn't mind. Hopefully they improve some stuff this year, this will help me decide whether I stick with Live or not in the future. Now I have two B-ball games to hold me off until next September/October.

Thats the thing just like back in the day. When we had multiple games for each sport. The battle always seemed to be between the 2 big dogs and one did some things awesome and the other did other awesome things. I dont understand the fact that these days people act like they can only like one and they have to hate the other. Makes no sense to me.. I love being able to get both games (money permitting) its night to have options.
