Real talk here, man. I know I may sound like a "fanboy" sometimes. I guess I am, and I'm cool with it. I'm an avid gamer, I wish all the games I played had development teams with NBA2K's philosophy. The NBA isn't even my favorite sport (football is) or genre of gaming (shooters, adventure, platforming). Yet, NBA2K gets the most spin by in my XB1. These guys just "get it" and they deserve every shred of credit they receive.

I hope 2K includes some kind of tutorial or detailed instructions on how to use all of the defensive setting (and what they mean)

I love that they included so many options last year, but I really felt lost trying to put things together.

Great blog, cannot wait for this game.

Me too. But that's a good thing. I know I'm gonna get rolled. But I'll learn and adjust. It'll be all the more rewarding when it finally "clicks" and I start running teams out the building.

NEW- Elite defender responsibility – In any other basketball game prior to NBA 2K16, a Cavs vs Bulls match up would have Dunleavy guarding Lebron the entire game. Now certain teams will put their best defenders on you depending on the situation. Expect players like Klay Thompson, Jimmy Butler, or Kawhi Leonard to switch on to elite perimeter players.

Ill be damned but you actually have to know how to play basketball to play this game, and for that I say Thank you 2k, tired of these pick up and play games these days glad 2k isn't scared to push the envelope and bring authenticity to sports gaming.

I went from cool, collective 24th Letter to looking up all my mom and pop connections to get this early...

Never thought I'd get hyped reading something...

Some ones taking a vacation to the country of Tukay again this year....
