NBA 2K16 Partners with Stance Hoops, the Official Sock Endorser For the NBA

2K has just revealed their partnership with Stance Hoops, the official sock endorser for the NBA. They released a quick NBA 2K16 video on Instagram with James Harden sporting the Stance socks.

2K is aware Harden signed with Adidas yesterday. (Ronnie2K, LD2K)

Has no one else noticed?? the shoe strings are no longer painted on graphics? they seem to be independent now or at least they remove from the shoe now

*sigh* this explanation is going to reveal the Houston homer within...

Harden has a very pronounced cupping of his hand and inversion of his wrist when he shoots and his guide hand is closer to his shooting hand after the release.

The fact that you're comparing the amount of eye brow hair to accessories is ridiculous but I'll answer your question anyway. It adds to the immersion/realism when a player looks/wears what he does in real life, in the game. I will never understand why people feel the need to point out things that other people care about are stupid or don't matter. Small details matter to a lot of people but if they don't to you that's great.

Okay so since nobody mentioned it yet. Does anyone know since harden was mo capped does that also mean his jump shot/form was mo capped as well? It wouldn't be fair that steph got his mo capped to his identical jumpshot/form but harden doesn't get the same treatment. His jumpshot has been off for to long now. Anyone know though besides his signature setback is his actually jumpshot/form been mo capped into the game this time around ?

I would expect & hope that since steph got his form & jumpshot mo capped then harden should've gotten the same treatment especially being one of the cover stars. It's been off for a while so hopefully he went in to get mo capped along with his jumpshot. Since his step back is in

Also, since 2k is the closest thing to a perfect basketball game I don't mind them spending some extra time with accessories. Oh, and we still need an edit headband option this year!!!

Definitely socks, not even close.

The question you need to ask yourself: Doesn't the sock department get distracted by the too much attention to shoes? I don't want them to lag behind.

It's almost as if you guys don't understand that game developers have different teams work on different parts of the game. Everybody doesn't just work on one thing you know. They have art, gameplay, audio, UI, code, etc.
