This may not be the best place for this, but I am curious...

FIFA 15 was my first FIFA game EVER. So I am curious, how much better/different was manager mode in 15 over 14? Were there significant upgrades, or would you consider them to be only marginal?

4 words

Fix The Youth Academy!

It's irritating as hell when you have to promote a player before May just to have their Physicals grow.

2. Fix CPU GK's: It got so bad for me that I ended up lowering the GK ability Slider just to be able to score.

3. Go back to old system where you didn't need to scout players just to see their OVR.

4. Be able to send Youth Scouts to Wales! This one's just a personal Gripe but, If I want to manage Wales how the Hell am I gonna get better if I can't even scout Youth players there!

5. Fix Stupid Player AI: We've all been through it you try to pass a ball to a teammate, But instead of going after the ball they just sit back and don't even try and get it(Although I will say that it is slightly better if you do a Player CM)

6. Nerf CPU Tackling:
The CPU tackling is just outright insane, You make a run and as soon as the opposing player tackles you you're screwed cause 9/10 they'll take the ball with ease.

7. New Commentary: We've had the same commentary for years and is getting really old.

8. More CM save slots. This is just a personal want. Im a guy that likes to play many different CM's and when I hit 10-12(cant remember exact number) I have to overwrite a different CM to make a new one.

All great post thus far.
A simple fix to several problems is: owner mode(like Madden).
You can't be fired.
You can add to or build new stadiums(when you move up and stay up).
You can lease the name of the stadium.
You can accept new sponsors.
You can change uniforms(within reason).
You can hire coaches. They will have traits and ideas for roster.
You can schedule friendlies(sometimes for extra money.{Spurs v MLS Allstars}).
You can try to expand your "brand."
You can veto roster moves.

This and fix the damn YA, please........

Other than friendlies, and defense AI, none of the list is really needed. FIFA is fantastic as is. A more in depth Be A Pro mode would be cool, with on and off the pitch stories, but that's about it.

1 - Fix all things youth academy (i could live with just the physical growth being fixed).
2 - Please fix whatever AI is responsible for my players refusing to move to a ball and let the cpu step around them and intercept. It is maddening.
3 - Career mode greater than 15 years
4 - Dynamic budgets. Let me build up a FL2 team to the BPL with more than a 500k transfer budget please. I don't need it to move up to stupid money - but it should be at least reasonable as you move leagues (and also down for those who are relegated).

Those are my big things right now. A ton of other small things that have been mentioned otherwise.

One last thing that I know will never happen, but I can dream - The ability to have a dynamic team sheet setup complete with depth chart. Think madden depth chart + auto subs applied. It would work like this:
- Set the depth for each of the 11 starting positions
- Set your depth for each of the sub positions
- Set your stamina threshold (do I want to play my starter if he is 80%, 90%, etc.
- Each match day then (unless you wanted to manually tweak), the game would default start your best available team (per the criteria above that you defined) also removing injured/red carded players.

Nerf Begovic from Stoke and McCarthy from QPR. It's already hard to score already, add these two and it'll be impossible to score even with gk ability down.

Nerf Hull City. For a team that got relegated IRL and always finish 20th in my career modes, they play way too good.

Manager AI in career mode needs to be fixed. Chelsea just basically gave away Courtois to Barcelona for 16 million pounds (He's worth at least 30).

There needs to be a FFP in career mode. I've just witness PSG literally spend 94 million pounds on 2 strikers while still having Ibra.

Can I scout Wales please?

When a team gets relegated, they should be forced to sell at least a portion of their players.

CPU team's board members need to stop being insane with their asking prices. I'm not going to be an idiot and pay 48 million pounds for James Ward-Prowse Southampton while he's only 77 overall.

Pretty much everything I've said in the other thread. The option of coming off the bench in My Player and dual-national players.

Another thing is more accomplishments for strikers in My Player. I haven't played 15, but just by going off 14 there isn't a lot more accomplishments for strikers as opposed to midfielders. My guy has been stuck at 83 for a while despite setting the EPL record for goals in a season at Southampton and only had clubs paying really low wages for his services. In real life, clubs would've payed through the nose in transfer offers. Reward players with really good seasons with high transfer prices/contracts and penalize them for poor seasons with lower transfer prices/contracts.

My wishlist is so long and would take so long to type out, its not worth the time and effort. Because none of it will ever happen. Or at least not in the next couple years. I want an awful lot out of this franchise. And I've come to terms with the fact I'll never get any of it. Because UT. Stupid ****ing UT.

We need to be able to have multiple users in Manager mode. Maybe up to 10? Where we can play with friends. And switch back and forth from teams. Also please make transfers more realistic. It seems like there arnt enough. Also all stats from all leagues going on at the same time. This is next gen right.. Lastly more national teams for the men and the ability to import teams. A lot of teams. Please!

I'd like the ability to agree to transfers outside of the transfer windows. It's really frustrating to get additional money from winning the league and UCL and having a bunch of cash I can't spend because it doesn't carry over to the next season.

I'd like to have the option to buy a player at the end of a loan.

It would also be nice if the gold premier league badges were actually applied to the in-game champions' kit the following year, I'm four seasons into my career and FIFA 15 and City are still wearing the gold badges.

The same goes for teams who are promoted/relegated in terms of the badges not changing.

The press conferences are also getting pretty stale

That's already in there, albeit in a roundabout way. You have to agree the fee before you take them on loan.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but one really small detail that gets on my nerves is these generated faces for youth guys. I don't understand why the pictures don't match their actual faces. Like I have a black player that has a white face in his picture. It doesn't impact the gameplay obviously but it hurts the immersion a bit

I only play career mode so...

1. Please fix the cpu transfer AI. In the 3rd season of my career, Bayern had Neuer, De Gea and Courtois on their team.

2. Allow for us to counter an offer with a player, i.e., Barcelona make an offer for one of my players, rather than only countering cash, allow us to pick a player from their team to counter with.

3. This may be only me but it seems the my players tire more than the CPU during games. my guys will be drained but the cpu barely tired.

4. Someone mentioned this but i'll add, have the generated faces match the actual player, also please do away with the blank silhouettes and use generated faces for this also.

5. I also dislike resetting the transfer budget every season. If i win the leage, UCL, etc, carry that cash over, don't reset me back to 10 million dollars for a budget.

6. Also mentioned i think allow kit combo changes iike madden or ncaa did. Sometimes i want to use the red top and black shorts as Man Utd.
