Fix The Youth Academy!


It's irritating as hell when you have to promote a player before May just to have their Physicals grow.


2. Fix CPU GK's: It got so bad for me that I ended up lowering the GK ability Slider just to be able to score.

3. Go back to old system where you didn't need to scout players just to see their OVR.

4. Be able to send Youth Scouts to Wales! This one's just a personal Gripe but, If I want to manage Wales how the Hell am I gonna get better if I can't even scout Youth players there!

5. Fix Stupid Player AI: We've all been through it you try to pass a ball to a teammate, But instead of going after the ball they just sit back and don't even try and get it(Although I will say that it is slightly better if you do a Player CM)

6. Nerf CPU Tackling:
The CPU tackling is just outright insane, You make a run and as soon as the opposing player tackles you you're screwed cause 9/10 they'll take the ball with ease.

7. New Commentary: We've had the same commentary for years and is getting really old.

8. More CM save slots. This is just a personal want. Im a guy that likes to play many different CM's and when I hit 10-12(cant remember exact number) I have to overwrite a different CM to make a new one.

A simple fix to several problems is: owner mode(like Madden).
You can't be fired.
You can add to or build new stadiums(when you move up and stay up).
You can lease the name of the stadium.
You can accept new sponsors.
You can change uniforms(within reason).
You can hire coaches. They will have traits and ideas for roster.
You can schedule friendlies(sometimes for extra money.{Spurs v MLS Allstars}).
You can try to expand your "brand."
You can veto roster moves.


This and fix the damn YA, please........

Other than friendlies, and defense AI, none of the list is really needed. FIFA is fantastic as is. A more in depth Be A Pro mode would be cool, with on and off the pitch stories, but that's about it.

Revamp the whole game. So much that needs to be added... But EA knows that everyone will shell out their $$$ no matter what year after year...

conference cup in career mode, i am planning to use a team in the Chinese league and win the title then head out to asia and win the Asian cup

1 - Fix all things youth academy (i could live with just the physical growth being fixed).
2 - Please fix whatever AI is responsible for my players refusing to move to a ball and let the cpu step around them and intercept. It is maddening.
3 - Career mode greater than 15 years
4 - Dynamic budgets. Let me build up a FL2 team to the BPL with more than a 500k transfer budget please. I don't need it to move up to stupid money - but it should be at least reasonable as you move leagues (and also down for those who are relegated).


Those are my big things right now. A ton of other small things that have been mentioned otherwise.

One last thing that I know will never happen, but I can dream - The ability to have a dynamic team sheet setup complete with depth chart. Think madden depth chart + auto subs applied. It would work like this:
- Set the depth for each of the 11 starting positions
- Set your depth for each of the sub positions
- Set your stamina threshold (do I want to play my starter if he is 80%, 90%, etc.
- Each match day then (unless you wanted to manually tweak), the game would default start your best available team (per the criteria above that you defined) also removing injured/red carded players.
