KONAMI REVEALS PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2015
FULL LIST OF CLUB AND NATIONAL LICENSES, DAY ONE UPDATE

World’s greatest club competitions bolster PES 2015 license rosters;
Day one update adds roster updates, new kits, shoes and enhanced faces

Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. has revealed the full list of club and national licenses that will feature in the upcoming Pro Evolution Soccer®2015 (“PES 2015”) title – including second-tier teams for the first time and all Brazilian top-flight teams. The publisher also revealed the content of a comprehensive day one update file that adds key new elements to the game.

The cornerstone of PES 2015’s licensed content remains the world’s greatest club competitions - which are exclusive to the series. The game features dedicated modes featuring iconography and branding for Europe’s UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League competitions, while the South American Copa Libertadores returns alongside the new Copa Sudamericana tournament. Asia Champions League is featured once again, rounding off a stellar list of club competitions only available in PES. Each of these licenses represents club football at its highest level, perfectly synchronizing with PES 2015’s ‘The Pitch Is Ours’ mantra, where the game’s development has focused on ensuring the gameplay mimics the ebb and flow of real matches.

PES 2015 also introduces second-tier teams for the first time, with Spanish Liga Adelante represented in its entirety, as is the French Ligue 2. The team rosters have also been extended to English and Italian second-tier teams, albeit not in licensed form but with real players. These supplement the full Dutch Eredivisie, French Ligue 1, Spanish La Liga and Italian top-flight leagues, which are long-standing PES inclusions. The cream of European club sides are also licensed, and include pack star Mario Götze’s Bayern Munich; Portuguese giants FC Porto, Benfica and Sporting SP; and the likes of Anderlecht, Manchester United, Zenit St Petersberg, CSKA Moscow and Galatasaray.

The phenomenal growth of the South American leagues is also well represented, with KONAMI securing the full Argentine Primera Division and 21 Brazilian club teams with official kits.

KONAMI has also prepared a day one download for PES 2015, which will ensure that 93 new kits will appear authentically in the game, while eight (8) more licensed teams have been added including Sparta Praha, FK Partisan, and Maccabi Tel Aviv. Additionally, the Brazil league will have six of its teams (Santos, Internacional, Vasco da Gama, Vitoria, Criciuma, and Chapecoense) updated to include an additional 109 of the athlete’s real names. An additional digital download will be available in December that will add 11 of the athlete’s real names to the roster for Flamengo; the December update will also include yet more teams in other leagues and bolster the stadia roster for the current generation of gaming systems. The day one download will reflect all transfers and loans, and new boots from Puma and Nike will be added. Continuing KONAMI’s dedication to ensure the stars resemble and act like their real life counterparts, the day one update will include over 80 player feature updates as well.

PES 2015 is available now for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and the Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft for an SRP $59.99, and for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft for an SRP of $39.99. The PC (digital download version) will be available from November 13 for an SRP of $39.99, coinciding with the global Steam launch of the game.

It was beautiful!). But I'd have fun just sorta taking the BPL and the unlicensed teams and making some fantasy kits and just messing with them each year. Sort of a fantasy world BPL.
This is one of added perks in PES. Basically, you can create a new kit every year for unlicensed clubs.

I don't see any place to import chants but I'll check again.

I would have agreed with you before my ML game against Juve last night. They were up 1-0 and I was starting to press and I drew 2 yellow cards and a straight red. Having said that, it was only 1 game and the other games didn't have a lot of fouls.

In BAL mode there appears to be no way to auto control your guy off screen, and if so, weak! In previous versions you could hold L1 I believe and the AI would position your guy appropriately. Renders BAL mode useless to me, because I hate the third person cameras.

One thing I did notice is if you edit teams the edits will apply to a currently running ML or League, so you don't have to actually complete all your edits before starting. I don't think this is new though, just something I've never used or noticed before as I've always relied on other people's files.

Seems like too many of the fouls called against the CPU, and the user for that matter, are bookings. Needs to be more of those relatively simple mistimed challenges where a guy plays the man and not the ball.

Guys are flipping out on EvoWeb regarding PC graphics, it sounds like it's a bug (hopefully) which isn't applying high settings/resolutions. I know Adam Bhatti has been mentioning that they're trying to figure out some errors with Steam. I think that's mainly a key recognition error but hopefully this graphics thing is just a launch day hiccup.

Personally I would be totally fine with PES14 graphics but the screenshots posted look really bad, way worse than last year.

I think it has to be some kind of bug.....I hope. The vids I've seen on the pc version look nothing like that. I purchased it on Steam and am just waiting for it to be released here.

This should be said for Fifa too, more standing tackle fouls or grabbing/'shirt pulling fouls to stop a break would be really cool to see

The simulated scores in general seem to be a bit high. I'm currently doing an AFC champions league on 15 minutes and I'm seeing alot of 5-1, 4-4 games, etc....

Easily fixed via edits in FIFA: 15-25 fouls and 6-8 cards a game on max aggression settings. PES though is a different story... doesn't seem to be any way to amp up the fouls via edits, tried with PES 2013 and 2014 with no luck.

From all I've read it seems like I'll be trading FIFA for PES somewhere in the near future, just not right now. Fired up PES6 on the PC (even my laptop can run it), connected the PS3 controller, downloaded a patch for the 2014-15 season, and now I'm having loads of fun. The game is somewhat outdated graphics-wise (as expected) and certainly doesn't offer all the functions that the newer games do, but you can't take away the fact that it's still an excellent game in all its simplicity. It's unpredictable, there's variety between opponents, but most of all it's really, really fun to play. I feel like that's something we - the players - tend to often forget with our sports games and the quest for that ultimate simulation.

I know this is completely off-topic, but just felt like it needed to be said and wasn't worth its own thread.

I'll still be getting PES 2015 at some point!

I think I am going to bump up the difficulty to Superstar. Some of the goals I have been scoring on Top Player have come too easy for my liking.

Was so tempted to buy this today but at £45 and with gta v out next week I will hold off till its discounted. Plus by then hopefully the game will be patched so there actually are fouls and the keeper is not rubbish on one on ones.

Does anyone have any info on the U.S. Steam release for PC? Not seeing it in the store as of yet, I'd guess it'll be updated around 1 EST...

The EvoWeb PC discussion thread is a madhouse, I can't even stand to read through it anymore.

I can't stand EvoWeb too. Nobody is reliable enough there to give some impressions. Most users repeat the same things over and over.

I'm waiting too, though I do have it in my library and it accepted my activation key. Still says coming soon though.

Yeah. I haven't really seen any detailed gameplay impressions. Most people over there keep going on about graphics or cut scenes.

1000% agree.

I got the PC version from cd keys yesterday for about 27.40.

http://www.cdkeys.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=pes+2015

If you click on the facebook link, there is a 5% off coupon. First time using this site, so that may be why I was able to use the discount.

It let me put the key in and I guess it unlocked at midnight local time, but just got around to installing now and waiting for the download to finish. I don't see it in the store otherwise, so not sure what the deal is.

Some of the gameplay impressions are positive, but I need to see for myself. They have handled the pc version very poorly.

Game feels so much tighter and more polished than last year. I'm loving how heavy the players and the ball feel, particularly compared to the zero gravity feel of FIFA 15.
