Do the tendencies actually work when changed? Just curious if players would actually utilize the moves....so far Scola was the only cpu player to actually pull off a move that had me jumping like a fool with fakes.
Oh, the players tendencies work great when changed and it is beautiful. A few of us have messed around with post players post moves tendencies with a custom roster and it is nice seeing all of the moves a post player can pull off when edited. With 2K15 this year, you can really nail down certain players post moves, this is why I want Beds to update alot of the big men post tendencies to look like there real life counter parts so that every post player doesn't seem to play the same way by either doing a hook shot or fadeaway. Like I said before accessories and ratings update is ok to me but players tendencies and teams playbooks/settings are the real meat and potatoes of the gameplay of NBA2K15. If these aren't updated on the regular then you really can't expect the teams/players to play like there real life counterparts. I'm trusting that Beds will update these things, he has always seem big in keeping things with rosters seeming true to life.

Preach on!
Never been one to edit players but I checked this morning to see what was available to make the post game more realistic. I was both excited and disappointed at the same time.
The tendency tools are there for the post game but it does not appear a lot of focus was put into individual accuracy.
It took about 60 secs to jack up Al Jefferson's back down, jump hooks, up & under tendencies. Played vs. him in game and it was a thing of beauty.
Beds, can you please advise if you plan on looking at the post game tendencies? They make a world of difference in gameplay.
Exactly, myself and others have edited Jefferson post moves tendencies with a custom roster and you really can bring the beauty of his post game to life. You hit the nail on the head about focus doesn't appear to be put on individual accuracy. Going forth in the roster updates myself and other would love to see more individual players tendency moves accuracy being updated. Same applies to non big men post players like Kobe and Carmelo, they also use a variety of post moves than can be edited in the roster update. Thanks Beds!
Sorry man!!! I was just focusing on beds seeing this so he can change Lillard shot. Credit to you! I don't want the credit I just want his shot to be changed lol.
also, i have a question: why'd Marsh say "That's really all it is since it's not like he can change ART RELATED THINGS"? was just curious, because i saw on a Youtube vid, how Live 15 provided for new face-scans for DRose, Carmelo Anthony, Joakim Noah, etc. post-release of the game...
why can't/won't 2K do the same? would be nice to have players' likenesses be up-to-date, or as close to real-life as possible, since we're already being real detail-oriented, what with the sig shots, accessories, etc. I know for sure i'd like to see Dion Waiters not looking like a straight-up alien, or half the Clips looking like they weren't face-scanned at all...
Only because that's not something that's in a roster file. Beds does not control player faces, hair, tattoos, body type, jersey art etc etc. They all require a different sort of update. It's not that 2k's not capable of it. I would hope not since player art updates were something that was advertised on the back of the box for NBA 2k11 or 12, I forget which. So hopefully this year they've ironed out the bugs and we'll see them.
My dream is just to be able to start a MyLeague on opening day without waiting for multiple updates to include all these things (if at all). I want the freedom PC users enjoy (or at least close to it) on my ps4. I might never see the sun again if I were able to customize player appearances, court designs and jersey designs within my MyLeague or just my game itself lol.
I hope you can put the NBA logo on the backs of the headbands of Mo Williams and Jarnell Stokes, seeing you altered the position of the logo on Rondo's headband.
I dont even post alot but I had to come in here and thank this guy beds for the updates after seeing them daily and how much detailed they are getting as time goes by.
I posted something in the wishlist section about how it would be a good idea if we could vote on a custom roster to be the official 2k roster. I now see that that was a crazy as idea. We got this guy beds, chef curry beds LOL
@2kstauff just wanting to bring attn. to Thad Young and Kyle Korver. thad doesn't kick on a jumpshot. an 18 jumpshot is more accurate https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rM9Q4rMCcOg this is from this year. His freethrow is different as well. And Kyle Korver shot is impossible to get a green. don't know what it is.Best shooter on game but nobody can shoot with him
I believe they did or beds know a way of doing that because lamarcus wears bred 11s at home and concords at away
Yea I'm sure Beds knows a way of doing it because when we edit players it doesn't give us an option for home and away with shoes, which is kind of dumb for the simple fact that everything has a home and away option, even for the socks lol
As far as James Johnson goes, I'm fairly certain he's one of the players along with Chris Copeland and Andre Drummond who have a glitch when adding or removing a headband. Beds specifically addressed Copeland a few days ago so I'm assuming Johnson is in the same boat. Considering Beds comes through on every individually player accessory update I suggest in my lists I post everyday in the suggestion thread with the exception of those 2 guys, I think it's safe to assume that. Others have mentioned Johnson's headband multiple times in the past couple days.
I just wish we werent limited AT ALL in what we could edit. I'm not sure why we cant edit things that Beds can such as headbands, headband colors, shoe brands and the assignment of colors for team color 1 and 2. That's really all it is since it's not like he can change art related things. In the future I hope we both can, it'd be great to change facial hair, hair, tattoos, whatever we want, it's not like we can use our rosters in online matches. At the very least I want the same customization ability Beds has.
SHARE MIKE! Lol jk
Wasn't aware the of issue with the head bands but even with that being said 2k developers should be able to patch that, I'm sure if it gets enough attention 2k will find a way to include it in patches to come so it can be added to those players..
I remember either 2K11 or 12 on 360, 2K used to include Jersey updates, in the patches which was a lot better because you didn't have to go download a whole new roster. May not be a big deal for some but for 2K heads like myself that usually put hours into roster edits making sure signatures shots, tendencies, ratings and accessories are accurate, it a very big deal. Seem like we won't be able to really focus on a particular roster till after Christmas, that's usually when they start adding new Christmas, new alternate and hopefully the new all-star jersey's. 2k should also bring back player DNA and just have official DNA Downloads so we won't have to download a whole new roster for missing player's....
I already started MyLeague after yesterdays update, so I don't really want to restart another one with this update.
All I have to say is Beds, you're the ******* man. Roster updates every single day is unbelievable. I used to to some roster work on the MLB Show series back in the day and people don't realize how time consuming it is.
