Chandler Parsons shot update:

Shooting Form: Release 50
Shot Base: Jumpshot 32
Freethrow: Harrison Barnes

Please put this in, because all his signatures were SO off.

Gilchrist's new shot is fine. Just Davis.

Sorry for the bad quality, I was pressing the buttons on the controller and trying to tape it with my phone with the other.
Glad I'm not the only one who sees a problem!

And speaking of which, when does Kobe get a decrease for having one of the worst +/- on the team? His shot selection is absolutely putrid. Other players are getting daily updates. Seems his inflated rating should as well.
But here is the thing do you drop the Lakers to the point where they are not playable. Your record should be a reflection of your players ratings.

In 4 games rookie KJ McDaniels is shooting 55.6% from 3 in 2.3 attempts per game. Do you raise his numbers?
That was the same example I brought when we started the roster updates. Curry has the rep of a off the dribble king. Do you drop his rating? And boost this other guys rating because he started hot.

My example years ago was Ray Allen. He is the all time 3 point. But lets say for example he starts the season bad. And hasn't hit a 3 pointer in 3 games. Do you give him the 25 rating for missing 3's?

I was playing the 2k 14 on the PS3 last night. I was shocked to see Spencer Hawes have a 52 rating from 3.

I've always said as long as the players play like themselves. But Beds man good luck. And Thank You

We was promised daily updates last year & all 2K did was give out +/- on certain attributes (3pt, FT's, blk, stls) maybe once a month. Remember we was told players will play like there actual counter part. Said they brought in STATS to help them achieve this. But, it never happen, so now that it is, if a player is in a slump or hot streak for a week, why shouldn't the game reflect that. That's what we was promised last year.

You drop them to their realistic performance. Which should be somewhat playable as they've stayed in the game against some teams.

Like I said, there are teams rated worse than the Lakers. Somebody has to be the worst team in the league. If that makes them unplayable, I don't see why the lakers should get special treatment if they actually happen to be that team.

I personally don't think it makes them unplayable. Just terrible against someone who knows what they're doing and how to take advantage of their weaknesses. As it should be.

For those wondering about the Wizards socks on the road. Blue with stars, with red stripe at the top. Don't think 2K will attempt to add these. But if they do , more power to you Bed.

Yeah Beds has all the control good luck on that one man. He gets to be the decision maker how it rolls out. If it were me I would come up with a rule of 4-5 games you start to lower players but not dramatic maybe 5 point increments. Depends on what the rating means to %. Some type of rolling average but it depends on where the player originally started from. Like certain players need a high boost just to hit threes if they started way low.

For example he bumped Parker's 3pt ratings up because he hasn't missed a three yet 6 for 6 in two games.

Then had a 25 point game. And I think he scored 8-10 points last night. Do you keep him at the adjusted rating? Or do you bring him down? It's going to be a tough balancing act in my opinion.
Yeah, it creates for a bit of a knee-jerk reaction especially this early in the season. Plus, for me anyway it's hard to keep up on all the changes on a daily basis and some of them are pretty significant.

Kobe has always been that type of player, so I wouldn't say his shot selection is any worse compared to years past. Even after the injury I think he's already proven that he's still got it, and still one of the best athletes in the league, so what ratings of his are you going to nerf and why? How is he remotely inflated? What part of his game has he shown degradation in? You could possibly argue that his stamina should be lowered, but that's about it.
