The menus and everything interface-wise is completely awesome. The gameplay looks better than in previous videos even though I see that pick&rolls still end up being weird most of the time and there was a crazy dunk.
That timeout screen showcased something of a new defensive settings menu..... I cant speak the language, but I am sure I saw something which said "force direction"...... by player aswell, which could be an insanely cool strategic addition.....
Just finished watching. Seems like there will still be a little too much offensive rebounding, which has me worried.
I loved the sequence from Kyrie at 4:28.
But it followed with some major ball morphing/clipping between Kobe and Waiters.
I really don't like the "Vertical" measurement replay. It just doesn't fit with any kind of TV broadcast style.
I don't like that Kyrie passed up the wide open midrange jumper at 6:28 to pass to Waiters for a contested shot.
Screens seem to still be set on spots rather than players. Seems to attribute to the abundance of moving screens.
Hopefully they fix up Lebron's face, especially the beard.
Didn't like Jordan Clarkson doing those crossover spins into the paint with no penalty.
My first order of business when the tools become available is to take that toupee off Kyrie Irving's head (irks my soul) and give Varejao a fuller head of hair. Nice video.
Actually pretty pumped about defense this year....ready to see some direct footage from a recent build...because even in these clips it looks like one on one defense is miles ahead of last year. Surprised that no one had pointed out how defenders are turning their body's on defense. Also, love those defensive settings.
What I liked
- pass at 2:30
- Kobe is not quick and agile as Kyrie(which was the case for 2K14)
- Varejao at 3:45(spin)
- that pick doe at 4:12
- Kyrie at 4:25
- new cameras after shots
- Nash getting stuck at pick at 6:18
- Kyrie at 6:50
I don't like
- since when does KLove not box out? Maybe it was on Pro.
-Varejao at 5:30 -- acrobatic layup when nowhere's around
- 7:45, wtf?
Taponador: makes the percentages of the offensives players decrease when he is near the hoop
The first one is old (Mind Games) and has been in 2k14. Not sure about Taponador, could someone translate? Google translate says it's called crowner, which doesn't really make any sense.
