NBA 2K15 cover athlete and NBA Most Valuable Player Kevin Durant released the first gameplay footage of NBA 2K15 on his Instagram account today. Here is the full video.

The footage features new animations and a sneak peak at some of the new crowd elements coming to the game.

NBA 2K15 arrives on October 7th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

They just need physics so if I jump or run into anything out of control I can actually hit it or be able to move away and not get sucked into an animation...

If I go up for a dunk and there is a defender in front of the hoop he shouldn't get pushed back...I should run into him, around him, or jump and fall over him...there needs to be some type of foul or much better collision detection...

This clip looks like there is still none of that but I'm hoping we hear more about a real time engine or something

i could easily do that dribble sequence, just as smooth on 2k14 on ps3

Well, looks like I was wrong.

The video promo either used incomplete shaders or shows a sweat state that wasn't in 2k14. The new Gamescon videos and screenshots look much nicer-- better than 2k14, and skin has realistic flatness when players aren't drenched featuring nice streaks of sweat. KD looks great too.
