I respect LBJs reasons for going back, he seems to really feel like he owes that fan base. He could find himself still stuck at the two ring mark in a few years but he seems to be content with that. I'm not really sure how I feel about the seemingly wholesale adoration we're seeing from people who cursed his name 5 years ago (some of them my friends) but that's a conversation for another time.
My favorite part of all this was watching those sobs at ESPN get shat on when the story broke on SI. Seeing Brousard and Windhorst looking absolutely pitiful on live TV was gold...pure gold.
Born and raised in Cleveland and the worse moments for me a cav fan had nothing to do with the LeBron teams. The cavs teams in the late 80s and early 90s were really good teams that could have one a ring if it wasn't for Michael Jordan and the bulls.
So Bron obviously tagged them in his essay, but no "wish you the best" tweets or any bring from Wade, Bosh or Haslem yet...just a matter of time, or do you think there are some hard feelings?
I became a Heat fan when they lost to the Mavericks in the NBA Finals because of LBJ's voluntary pay cut to win and the Big 3 (first year of the Big 3). I am so upset about him leaving the Heat and I want to cry my eyes out.
This dude Bosh said he's glad to stay in Miami and start a new chapter. Its weird some of these teams still don't have near full rosters yet and all of the names are about gone.

Rockets trying to get Ariza back.
I mean Wade opted out of 2 years/42 million and it seems that Lebron made his mind up long before that so I guess I could see how there could be some hard feelings.

Now you should continue rooting for your team. Hard times breed the true loyalty within fans.

I don't. LeBron didn't tell him to do it. To me that is arrogance on Wade and The Heats part. But this will test the "family" stuff the Heat spouted off with LeBron there when it comes to D.Wades contract.

Maybe they are friends, maybe they still talk...just maybe. So far we've seen just that. I hardly doubt Wade just found out a few hours before we did.

They will remain friends. I don't see Wade being that petty. Wade was with the guy in Vegas. I'm sure Wade knew but wanted him to see if he could change his mind. It's up to Miami to show that loyalty they talked about this whole offseason.

Been telling folks this for 2 weeks. One of the guys on ESPN was spot on. He loves Ohio, still has his mansion in Cleveland, wife wants to be near family and have the kids go to a certain private school there, done deal. Wives may not earn the money, but they have a whole lot of influence. I can relate as I have lived in the same area for my 43 years, home is home.

This just in: Miami existed and had the same beliefs before LeBron got there
