It already does, and in more detail:

What it doesn't do (AFAIK) is use those tendencies to determine how to pitch you over the course of your career - it doesn't carry that data beyond the game you're playing in, in other words.

Then again, given how upset people get about the CPU "cheating" and such, allowing it to have a "book" on you may not be the best of ideas.

Also, I'm pretty sure it tracks many more than 6 PA's - this screen is from early April and I'm not sure the guy HAS more that 6 PA's. This is the Locker Room screen from the RTTS menu, if you still have the game you can see the screen for yourself.

THat is from MLB 12, but it works the same.

You gain budget by playing basically. You can also get budget by doing collections and buying/selling from the market place.

The better and more you win, the more budget you earn. You have a thing called fan support that gives you so much budget per inning based on well your players do individually. You also get more budget by finishing games and winning.

Hoping that does include offline games too, because that was something I was hoping they had in MLB13. Would be nice to track your average offline stats to see what numbers you're getting after you play several games and stuff.

Hey Ramone,
Will we have reviewable instant replays and challenges in the new version of The Show?

I'm not a Ramone but I'd be pleasantly surprised if it was in this year.

Too bad because that would be life as a big leaguer for sure. Imagine going through a REAL sophomore slump because the league adjusted to you faster than you could hone your skills/tweak your play?

Anyway, loving the addition of the profile. I wish it was in MLB13 - would love to see how I play.
