The things they missed are finally starting to get to me with this game. I'm close to shutting down until the patch. I hate:

1. CPU doesn't call timeouts
2. Setting game to manual subs means no CPU subs
3. When calling a timeout while using auto subs, the players at the scorer's table that were set by the CPU to come in on the human controlled team don't check-in
4. Lack of adjustable cameras
5. Post controls are clunky

There are others as well but I'm running out of patience waiting for these things to be fixed.

just played the heat/nets game and it was amazing!! d will(best player in live) had 48 and lebron had 47. game was back n forth but held them off down the stretch.

it really seems as if shots go in majority of the time if you call a "cut" or "screen" play.

I don't have twitter and I don't plan on getting it any time soon, so can someone who has a twitter account notify the nba live team and tell them to fix Tristan Thompson's jump shot? He changed to his right hand in the off season and they still have him shooting with his left.

I've seen some of that but worse I've seen some warping players through other players. Wasn't seeing that before at all
One thing I notice about EA's games is the inital rosters are always great and play well. But when they start putting out roster updates all of a sudden the "sim" starts to leave the building early
Madden , perfect example. Brand new first month or so plays pretty good. Then when those rosters and updates come things go south pretty fast

I edited these lineups, but a pet peeve here is that the stats are never 100%. Case in point, here the both Lin and Gortat are listed as averaging 0 ppg. Why?

Warping has increased throughout the game. I've noticed it the most on loose balls and lock on d. Also playing on all-star and above doesn't help.

I've made some strides defensively....though I feel like that part if the game needs serious, serious work...I can handle it a little better now...

a combination of coach settings and just a shift of overall strategy has worked for me...

just ready for the patch man..

I'm continually tweeting hopefully getting the game speed back up again. The other night was awesome.

I thought you didn't like it? What changed you mind?

I had the kids draped on me at the time, I couldn't pay much attention to it

I just loaded up Suns vs Pistons, and it's running perfect again. Speed is there, contact in the paint is there. Monroe went up for a dunk, or what would have been a dunk prior to, and the defenders body caused him to alter the shot.

The speed, off ball movement is what I like the most. I was trying to get past Jennings with Dragic a few minutes ago, and Tucker saw Frye on the wing, without me initiating it, went and set him a quick backscreen, I saw Frye cutting, and hit him for the alleyoop. It happened quick, just as you'd expect in the NBA.

I like the ability to slow it down, which had me enamored early on, but once you got a taste of the "speed", it's tough to go back.

Altered dunk. Normally that'd be a 2 handed flush all day.

There's the backscreen and oop. It's flowing much better than it was even earlier today.

Wonder why I can't see those videos all the sudden...altered dunk is great news...was it driving? Under the basket? That's where most of the unstoppable two handlers happen...

That's good to hear then. EA needs some kind of press release, forum post, something, lol. It's like an experiment everyday with this game. I don't have the game, but I come to this forum everyday for the pure entertainment.

Like Sage said, it was under the basket. It was one of those that the pass goes into the post, help shades over, and the guy passes to the opposite side of the paint for the semi-open man. I'm sure you've had it happen time and time again.

But not this time. I've seen a LOT of altered shots. A lot.

Right, the only thing I could say I absolutely see different as far as yesterday is the increase in step back jumpers..

Anxious to see if there's more contact when I fire the game back up...

Probably tonight with the games about to start though, lol

# 1258 WTF @ 01/11/14 03:50 PM
I this one, I love the ball movement. I don't think I've seen that many passes on a particular possession yet. But my favorite thing happens on the other end, and the CPU AI's defensive recognition.

This one is just back and forth gameplay for a minute. I like the speed. At the end of it, you'll see a Green dunk. The defender is bowled over, but overall, I liked it. I was letting Jennings shoot, as if you can't tell.

Finally, pretty smooth gameplay followed by a Dragic to PJ Tucker oop.

I'm with you. I've been outspoken on how much I like this game - and I still do - but I am getting antsy for the "big" patch. These issues don't bother me as much, but the PIP - more specifically, how the CPU gets their PIP - is driving me crazy.

Finally got a chance the video(s), nice...first time I have seen contact like that under the rim...

Wish Monroe or Drummond (couldn't tell) would have won that matchup physically, but overall pretty good..

Agreed, plus killers like the late game A.I has stopped me from doing anything playing quick games... I think if it happened during a "meaningful" game I would go crazy,
