NCAA Football 14 Uniform Packs 7 & 8 Now Available

Both uniform packs seven and eight are now available for NCAA Football 14. You can pick them up at a cost of $1.00 each.

Pack seven features new uniform parts for North Carolina, Nebraska, Notre Dame, San Diego State, UCLA, and Wisconsin. Pack eight features new uniform parts for Fresno State, Georgia Tech, Maryland, and Virginia Tech.

Messing around a little bit this morning I noticed it actually freezes when you specifically try to pick Notre Dame "13 Shamrock" jersey.

So, it turns out the other 2013 uniforms are still there except for Nebraska's....did they take it out?

I think pack 7 (or 8 if that's the one with Nebraska's black unis) removed the '13 uniforms (which had glitched stripes anyway).

They are all still in there just not as defaults. You have to pick out each one piece by piece.

I'm pretty sure I scrolled through each piece (I always select uniforms piece by piece) and I don't think I saw the other Nebraska uniform.

For some reason I had to cycle through each Nebraska jersey twice before the 13s showed up but they are still there. The same thing with UCLA.

Hmm. I had deleted Pack 1, and tried to redownload them after Pack 7. I wonder if they glitch each other.

Any word on a fix for the uniform pack glitch? It would be a pain to delete and then redownload all the other packs every time I wanted to play as Notre Dame with the Shamrock unis. Oh well....

Nope not yet. You can use the pants and helmets but as soon as you pick the jerseys thats when it freezes. Another thing about those jerseys is if you decide to use them the team you play against will have on their away uniforms also.

I deleted them and then downloaded again in reverse order and they work fine for me. Now I will say you still have the color on color issue for sd state and Fresno state as well as it being white on white for the shamrock unis. And also for unc now I have both the 13 Carolina blue and 13 alt blue both having black logos now. But the ND unis do work.

I don't think there will be an update for the glitch. I think they'll just continue to send out uniform packs. But I may be wrong

I would think it could be "fixed" with a new DLC pack. If it's simply just a graphic resource not assigned correctly that could be corrected in a new dlc pack.

Another thing they could do, and correct me if I am wrong UNC fans, is assign the 13 unis as preset H and A for UNC.

No matter what happens, I am really digging all these extra unis. Good job EA. But yeah, gotta solve the glitching since we are paying for these things and they should work, right?

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but there's a glitch with Ga Tech pack that won't allow Black/Team Color shoes. You can select them, but they take the field with White/Black shoes.

Not only does it screw up the shoes if you're using the new GaTech unis, but it screws up the shoes permanently for GaTech now - even if I choose an old uni.

Come on EA. Now I have to delete my .99 purchase to see if that will even let me have my shoe options once again. What a joke.
