How about DJ Khalid, All I do is Win...

I think all of the songs are "safe" choices - I mean, most all of these in some degree are played at arenas during time outs etc, so this will go right along with that more so than bumber music when we are navigating the menus. IMO anyway - i figure bext next year and one year post next gen, we can go the route of MLBthe Show and build our own playlists.

Loooove it!

Apart from Drake (whom I just can't stand!) everything else is perfect. Can't hold us and Blurred Lines are summer jams and its awesome to see Gorillaz and Collins on there too.

Good solid selections by LBJ and 2K. I'm definitely feeling this soundtrack more than 2K13 excluding the Daft Punk and Drake tracks. Definitely bumping the Ruler's Back (maybe the best Jigga intro), Hate Me Now, the Air in The Night, Clint Eastwood and Cool to be Southern.

good playlist. But what ever happened to the days when 2k would include tracks of newer/indie artists. The Philosophy has obviously changed. There was a time that 2k would actually introduce me to some great artists.

Im in the minority as well. Im not into the indie artist. All the 2ks prior to 2k 12 i muted and played my own stuff. I actually like 2k13 soundtrack. I hope they some instrumentals in there. I loved the ham and im da boss instrumental.

Decent soundtrack but all soundtracks get annoying after so many plays. It does seem like a little more variety this year. The soundtrack is almost meaningless to me though, its all about gameplay. The gameplay could either suck or be the best game ever and the soundtrack will have nothing to do with it either way.

After checking out all of the songs, I'm really digging this soundtrack. Most of the songs seems to have a mellow, emotional feel to them. I can see myself creating my MyPlayer to Fly Union's "Long Run" or Kanye West's "All of the Lights" track. Lebron's got good taste. Better than Jay-Z anyways.

Yes, lots of things I've heard before, but it's an alright list.

How J.Cole did not make this list is beyond me.

No Barry Manilow? Day one deal breaker!

I was expecting some of this...but Jadakiss? I would've preferred an actual LOX track, but I'll settle for Jada all day. And "Hate Me Now"? You get a pass this time, LOLBron.

Drake's "Started From The Bottom," Phil Collins' "In the Air Tonight," Daft Punk's "Get Lucky,"
I can't imagine a more easy progression from "Hate it" to "Meh it" to "Love it" than these three songs.

Though I think "Get Lucky" isn't even the best song on that album. Oh well.

Also Gorrilaz? I didn't realize people remembered they existed.

Also, really? "Blurred Lines?" Kinda drifting a far from basketball typical music here. May as well throw "Thrift Shop" in there too for ear burrowing pop stuff of the last year.

You are what is wrong with a lot of people's view on music today. The attitude of "I only like songs until other people here them or until they are played on the radio" is so juvenile.

I have been in love with the Black Keys since I first heard their album "Thickfreakness". Now that they have blown up in the past 4 years, should I hate them?

I go back and forth on this all the time. Baseball games need music with lyrics IMO. And I think football games are better with instrumental music (Madden with Sam Spence's music or 2k with ESPN's football music).
