I find it interesting that we give EA flack for not giving us enough details about their games (Madden) but we're mum when 2K decides to only give us three fairly ho-hum screens. Why not some gameplay?!

NBA 2K has historically given us a far superior product, thus earning our trust.

Because 2k is bonafied going to be legit. When the videos do come, they shall be epic as always. We need early vids of EA games because theyre so krappy, and we're already dissecting all of their flaws.
Current-gen 2K now is like the PS2 version after 2K6 (I actually preferred 2K5's graphics). The graphics (and probably gameplay, soon) won't get major upgrades anymore (and I don't feel graphics got much better after 2K9 - except for the models, but that's me).
PS3/360 = PS2. At some point we'll all have to buy a next-gen console to see some upgrades. Sad, but that's the way it is.

Agreed, but I guess 2k13 and 2k14 (current gen) are probably at the limit of what the 360 and PS4 are capable of.
Maybe...and maybe not. But it doesn't matter, they won't spend much time tweaking the current-gen version, and I understand that...unless they have different departments working on different gens...? I just hope current-gen still get some major upgrades gameplay-wise to justify the $59.99 price tag...
