So 3 new gloves and the same old stuff that no one wears in college football today.. I'm not a huge equipment guy, but if their excuse for not adding new stuff is that they don't have the disk space, than why not get ride of the 1970s gear that literally encompasses 90% of the options.

Definitely agree. If its a disk space/ram issue, most of that dated equipment can be swapped for whats currently in use. Those 1980 elbow pads, the bulldog facemask, most of those standard full cages, etc, can all be laid to rest.

They actually added a new kicker/punter facemask (which is actually pretty sweet looking) but couldn't add the revo speed QB 2 bar? Oh well, I've pretty much thrown in the towel with trying to figure out their logic when it comes to these things.

I know people will jump on me for this but I am just being honest. Ben says the same thing every year.

I think there's actually a bit more options in the screen right before your game starts. That seems to be where the base layers and different socks are located. It doesn't look like you can access the base layers and team specific socks from the standard editor mode.

Since this is a post about equipment, I can say what I want without being bugged about the gameplay. It's absolutely BULL CRAP EA can't freaking get caught up with equipment. It's piss poor and pathetic. Oh wow you made under sleeves and team gloves, adidas, and under gloves.. BIG WHOOP!!! There has been facemasks and helmets that been around a long time and you can't even have the sense to add them! It's so upsetting to see this. I'm a huge fan of NCAA. I've always looked for the good from them but this year, it's just a huge let down you can't find the "space" to add it... What's even worse, the revolution facemasks look horrendous!!! Are you kidding me?! Man I hope one of you workers for NCAA sees this because I'm letting you know, it's pathetic that its the same crap for the 3rd straight year... Big reason why Madden will be ahead of yall.

It's a tough pill to swallow when you realize that you're paying $60+ for uniform and roster updates...
