What's wrong with the CPU running the option from the no huddle (which is what I'm assuming you meant)? I know that Army does in real life and I'd guess that Navy does too.

No huddle, my bad. After watching Navy and Georgia Tech over the years, i've never seen either of them do it once. Georgia Tech (who I watch every game) definitely doesn't unless we're running out of the pistol

Army definitely seems to run the no huddle more. This is all I could find on Navy running the no huddle and it was from 2010-11.

Yeah, like I said, dunno about Army, but I haven't seen Navy or GT do it. Not a huge deal really, wont bother me much

That video may have been the best pre release video to hype me up for an NCAA game I have seen. The CPU can run the option!? Finally!

I can't wait to go against Oregon, aTm, OK State, Auburn, WVU, Ohio State, Clemson...all of em. Playing the CPU will actually fun again!

Thanks for posting. I appreciate it.

That was the best football I have seen from EA this generation. Some great AI shown by the cpu.

I know its been a lackluster generation of football, but you have to admit they seem to finally be on the right track.

I think bringing in Clint Oldenburg to redo line play was a huge boon for them.

Air Force runs the option out of a no huddle offense.

Love the video and so excited someone went out of their way to play a Navy/Army game but man, that dude just got waxed by the CPU on either frosh or jv difficulty.

This is beautiful. They run the option like you know in real life. I've never seen the CPU QB make so many smart decisions. I love it, maybe the PC will actually be fun again.

Watching the CPU run the option brought a tear to my eye. Not really, but damn that was nice to see. Can't wait to see the Ducks and Johnny Football run the spread.

Also, the fake option drop back pass early in the video was awesome. Those never worked for users, let alone the CPU running it.

That is absolutely phenomenal. Now if they would just apply the principles that have improved the offensive AI logic and blocking to the defensive side we could get a game that behaves like a real game of football. If they can get the CPU to run the option that well, they can do anything (AI).

EDIT: Still a little disheartening to see the CPU ball-carrier struggle to know where to run in open space.
