So Aaron Hernandez is in at the FB on a FB Dive, zig zags around the offensive line with no foot planting or loss of speed, then Harlem shakes the ish out of some defender in the open field, regains his feet composure, and takes off for what's going to look like a 60 yard TD run, smh.

Run Free alright.

This may not matter to some, but they show the guy editing aaron hernandez, and he edited his position from a TE, to a FB. So it looks like they listened to us on that part

I can't for the life of me figure out why they haven't showed anything on this. I understand it's not part of the playbooks or anything but you'd figure it would go hand-in-hand with the run free. Start off pre-snap behind the LOS, have the play start and show a guard pulling across to blow up a linebacker as the running back does a 'precision juke' through the newly created hole.

At the same time, as much as I want to see it now, I'll gladly wait until E3 and hopefully see it on next gen.

This is huge for me.

The list the Sim put out, I'll be waiting patiently at for E3.

I'm not seeing a bug. What am I missing?
Haha the bug is that the Raiders are winning

Looks closer. The Broncos are on defense and two users are controlling Broncos players so it's very possible it was a call made by a user and not the AI playcalling.

The "revive historic teams" is misleading. I thought they meant they were bringing back classic teams like the 94 Niners. Because they need to do this.

Mind-blowing how re-packaging old features is EAs new M.O.
I'm glad it's only 17 they are trying to make relocation in line with how it would be in the real NFL and except for a few cities I think they nailed it with the cities that would most likely be awarded a NFL team

He also almost got caught on that juke and should have been tackled right then, it's a trailer showing off running juking and blocking, they set these things to rookie difficulty.

Not so sure about Europe and Mexico. I know there has been talks about Europe in the future, but its going to be tough logistically. Imagine them having to play an AFCor NFC west team. Teams now get a bye after their European game. The US cities are fine.

Will I be able to put my WR as a DB and my DT as a FB? Do we only have a few extra options to move positions, or can we move anywhere?

The lack of realistic foot planting pisses me off.

I think I'm not going to buy the Playstation 3 version of Madden 25 - regardless of whether it includes NFL Sunday Ticket - unless realistic foot planting is present in the game by August 27th.

I expect realistic foot planting to be present in the Playstation 4 and Xbox One versions of Madden 25 after what EA Sports said about the Ignite Engine's focus on player movement. I'm absolutely sure there's going to be many angry and disappointed people if realistic player movement isn't included in the next generation version of Madden 25.

I would be willing to bet my next year's worth of paychecks that you still cave and buy this Madden.

The same people say the same thing every year. "I'm boycotting until next year, or next gen." And yet this game still sells like hotcakes and people on this board wind up giving in and purchasing.

Not this again. As always, some people will follow through on what they said they would do and some people won't.

If you adjust the sliders yes it does, I had roughing the passer called 14 times in one game, 6 holding penalties, 5 pass interference penalties, 4 offsides, trust me they are there but the logic is really off especially on default.

Well, the right foot did plant, but it did seem to be done too quickly and it looked awkward.

Holding - Left Tackle - Oakland - Ten Yards - repeat the down.

- Who plays Cover 4 on 2nd and 4? Your opponent hasn't even crossed the 40. I see why they're losing 26-13 to the Raiders, smh.

- Seems like pass rushing has is how it's supposed to be, coming from the QB's blind side. I hope that doesn't mean the opposite side gets absolutely no pressure whatsoever, as it was in M13.

- From this angle, blocking within the pocket still seems the same. Nobody plays patty cake in football.

- Secondary AI still looks dumb. This zone defense is still too wide open.

- Why is the guy controlling Von Miller not rushing the passer?

- I like the foot planting the WR makes after the catch, however the lack of foot planting on his move right before getting tackled still let's me know online leagues will still have no zig-zag rules.

- That block shouldn't even have happen. The defender was way out on front of him and had him beat. Looks like suction blocking still exists. But I do like how the defender was still after the quarterback while still being engaged in the block.
