Still 11 missing players...simply amazing. Gelabale plays just about as many minutes lately as guys like Vince Carter and Darren Collison.
"Basketball simulation" my a**...

I think the reason why the timberwolves players are not there is because there is probably some code that limits teams to 15 players. They should take some players that are gone for the season and release them into free agency, or change the code. But they are just leaving us with no explanation. They could even get by just putting those missing players into the FA pool. No reason for twolves to be so incompete this far into the season. That's my only issue as of now. All those other guys barely even play but it would still be nice to have a complete roster. Never mind the ratings, I would rather have all the players. Even the ones signed overseas for my association.

I find myself in such a pickle with the 2k updates. I know there are custom roster files available (on 2k share and online), and I've tried several and generally like them, especially if they have the playbooks edited correctly. However, it seems like every time I get settled on a roster I like, new shoes become available, or a couple of transactions will happen, and my roster is already out of date. For me, it's worth dealing with some generic shoes and a few roster errors (or oversights) to not have to constantly be looking for roster updates on this site and others. Most of the missing players can be easily found on 2k share, and it doesn't take very long to add them to the appropriate teams.

I am also somewhat cool with the injuries being constantly updated via 2k. Some people hate that but I think it's cool. Sometimes I'll see on ESPN where a player I like has just come back, and I can't wait to get on 2k and get the guy some run.

I might be in the minority here, but I like the official roster updates. As a matter of fact, I liked it better a few years ago when 2k said they were going to decrease the overall ratings across the board. They have to some extent kept that idea alive and there is a clear difference from your average player to star to allstar to superstar. I still believe that since the overalls mean totally nothing in this game, that 2k should seriously consider getting rid of the overall aspect of the rating board and just go with the individual skill ratings. This will not only decrease all the "so and so should be 92 not 89" or "how can he be rated higher than him" drama, but it will also allow gamers to see and utilize the player for who he is and what he can do on the court, not how he compares anybody else. And if an individual skill is totally off from the way they play in real life then you have a valid argument. Not just because his overall is not where you think it should be. I've been saying this for 3 years.

What exactly do you like about them, is there anything that makes up for inaccurate ratings, useless tendencies and sloppy playbooks?

New shoes carry over to whatever roster you want? Shoe brand changes like Wall, Wade, Felton, etc stick to the roster

Maybe Nicola Vucevic needs to be traded to a top team before he is made to be a beast on the glass. What do us Magic fans have to do just to have Vu be able to rebound like he should and not standing around ball watching. I get we are having a poor year but we are still doing better than the Bobcats but yet they are a better team in 2k.

Only other thing i would do for the Magic is give Jameers passing a boost, currently stands at 78 and i believe it has been higher in previous titles and now he is having a career year un assists dishing out 7.5 apg putting him top 10 in the NBA not bad for a guy on the second worst team.

Well, let me refrase that. I'm satisfied with the rosters. Of corse they can do better, but if these are the rosters I'm going to be playing with online, then I feel that they are good enough for me to play head to head or against CPU. I'm just not that picky about the ratings. 70+ for any rating I feel is average. Anything 80+ is good. 90+ is elite. I just like to have all the players available. Overalls mean nothing. But Tendencies and play books are different. I wasn't referring to those. They haven't changed tendencies all season so I doubt they ever do. I've only seen playbooks updated once so I'm not expecting those. Just the ratings and players is what I was referring to.

He's the best SG in the game outside of Kobe and Harden, what more can they do to him ? lol.

His consistency at 70 is about 15 points too low and his mid-range could probably use a 3-4 point boost. Guy shoots over 52%, its a bit ridiculous that his consistency is that low. While he's shooting 44% from the 16-3pt range. http://www.basketball-reference.com/...shooting/2013/

I'm about to sound real thirsty, but who cares. I need this roster to download from a different source because my PS3 isn't able to connect to the internet. It happened over the weekend and I need those XX8's. Can somebody help out?

Hmmmmm, I was not aware of that. And they will automatically assign the new shoes to the appropriate players on a custom roster, or am I misunderstanding you? I played with on OS roster this morning, and Westbrook definitely was not wearing the new Jordans.

Would've been nice if he got a slight boost but i am not surprised since it's only been two weeks of good solid ball but Earl Clark was given the boost for doing the same so i don't understand why Tobias was overlooked. A slight bump to his mid range where he is shooting around 50% and a slight one to 3pt just so we can hit one if he is sitting open. maybe a 70 for 3pt. 62 layup seems a bit too low as well bur i haven't seen percentages on for that situation so can't really comment.

i would perfer if star players stopped getting various upgrades all the time. 400 players in the league but all people complain about is their teams star players need upped in a rating. ALOT of other guys are stepping it up this season like avery bradley and i rarely see anyone her or on twitter/facebook ask for a increase in a player that isnt a laker, heat, okc, knick or clipper.
