*sigh*

Keep ignoring the actual problems with the damn game!

Ugh... Does anyone seriously care about MUT? I can honestly say I've never even entered it probably.

I wish theyd spend more time fixing game play issues. Especially ones that should be easy to fix like... the wind meter being backwards?

There's plenty of other things they should be worrying about, not the silly MUT mode.

NO SALARY CAP GLITCH FIX? ARE YOU SERIOUS? ARE... YOU... KIDDING... ME?

# 4 m-dogg @ 11/28/12 12:54 PM
wait, no CPU playcalling fix?

* SIGH *

So, no fixes to CPU play calling, salery cap bug or auto-subs

EA definitely should worry about "the silly MUT mode" that makes them millions of dollars in DLC transactions. I personally don't play it, but I understand the appeal having played other traditional table-top collectible card games.

Seriously a game killer. Can't believe its not addressed after 4 patches. Also the Season Goals bug for OLBs when using created coaches is annoying but because the goals are impossible to reach for starting OLBs anyway its not a big deal unless they would have actually fixed assisted tackles.

so there we got the title update, leaves a lot to wish for.. unfornately i dont care at all abt ultimate team. does somebody actually play this?

Sigh.

After FOUR title updates, not even a mere mention of the CPU playcalling issues? I know Emmdot previously threw out some stats about how a sizeable amount of Madden customers play offline. That being the case, where's the love?

This is just sad

The only reason i still play Madden is because I am in a Money Connected Career Online League. The Salary Cap Glitch has pretty much made this mode unplayable. I'm Officially done with Madden I can't believe I'm saying this before Christmas!

From the article:

Quote:
"What we're really striving for is aiming these title updates not just at bug fixes, but adding brand-new content so people feel like they're constantly getting a new game experience," an EA rep told Joystiq. Past title updates added server-side fantasy drafts and player editing in career mode. We've also been told that another announcement is due later this week.

Ahhh yes... that one too. I'm already playing my CCM with the Salary Cap off to avoid this issue, however my salaray cap shows -1.83 million. And I apparently can't cut a player, because it's trying to tell me that the penalty for the portion of his signing bonus exceeds the salary cap... which is set to off... Go figure.

I understand MUT makes them money with DLC transactions... why people do it, is just crazy since the gameplay itself still needs quite a bit of help. So yes, I get why EA has an interest in improving it, but are people going to keep buying the game when the gameplay itself is left unattended with many glaring issues? It's crazy. But it works for them I guess...

Well, if it's true that we'll get another announcement later this week, that's promising.

This is pathetic

# 15 geisterhome @ 11/28/12 01:24 PM
this isnt worth a title update, its more like when they added the stupid fantasy draft..

CCM is infested with so many issues I cannot even begin to list them all.

This was supposed to be their innovative new mode and Looman's baby, but it is nothing but mind numbing frustration to play in its current form.

DLC makes them cash,ok, but long term customer satisfaction should be their primary goal.

Patch #5 (CCM edition) is sorely needed if EA intends to retain customers, especially this one.

I don't want to be rude here but who really cares about MUT ? And my not fix the glitch where all players become skinny if you edit them in CCM ? Why add editing if as soon as you edit a player he looks like a pop warner player with his skinny arms and legs...

I'm hoping the announcement is CCM related and not "guess what? Starting next week Brett Favre will be in MUT."

I'm very curious about this one, especially when there was a thread here recently by an EA guy asking about play calling.

Not sure what the explanation would be. I mean, it can't be that hard to go through each playbook and re-rate the plays. Maybe it'll be fixed by other means? Like a tuner update? Not sure if that's even possible.

Funny thing is, I'm not even surprised that this hasn't been dealt with as of yet, which just goes to show my lack of faith in this dev team and it's publisher.
