Madden NFL 13 Announcement Coming Soon, Could it be CCM Roster Editing?

Could we see Madden NFL 13 CCM roster editing in the near future? According to Ripten, Josh Looman and the Madden team have a "shocking" announcement coming sometime tonight or tomorrow.

If it's not CCM roster editing, what else could it be?

I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that whatever they are working on is much more than a mere roster update. Josh stated that he initially wasn�t sure if this would be something they would be able to get done in time, but thanks to the dilligent effort of he and his team, it became clear that the feature was on track to becoming possible sooner rather than later.

don't get me wrong i love all the NEW things Madden offers, but I just want to be able to play my own personal season with as many teams I want too and use my own rosters and update them at my leasure. .thats all.. its real simple, nothing big, nothing new.. just orginal shyt... thats all.. I'm fine, my point was, most of the things people were asking for like editing and fixing CCM sliders, gameplay, ect..... would need to come in the form of a patch, not something that was one week from being dropped.

All week, EmmdotFrisk, EA Community Mgr, has been telling people they were looking into fixing editing and CCM issues with the running game, etc.... I just didn't feel looking into it and fixing it within a week was possible.

It's all good.

According to Pasta Padre the big announcement is that they are bringing Fantasy Draft for Online CCM back. Great! Another thing for Online CCM, WHAT ABOUT OFFLINE??

Also, any changes from here on out will go to online CCM first. Any changes to offline has to be done with a patch which takes weeks for the console OEMs to approve and upload. Patching online can be done within hours. Offline users will get the feature most likely on next patch.

Can anything be done to bring back the organic feel the running game had pre patch? Looks so stupid how they make players roll off of each other and slide off after play to mask the tripping. Does anyone else notice this? And who really cared about fantasy draft.

Well this is disappointing news. Glad anyone who actually will use this new feature is happy, but I've never used a draft to start out my season in a game. I have no interest either, I'm an offline player who enjoys realism and customization and it seems I'm pretty much screwed.

When all NFL players are thrown back into a pool and all 32 teams start drafting players again like they were a brand new team.

As I said before, it's Madden '06 all over again.

As with the Next-Gen Systems in '06, the Infinity Physics Engine is the new "Hook-line-sink" that is used to "Slowly" incorporate old features in future Madden releases to get gamers to continue to purchase.

Eventhough folks are frustrated, many of the post suggest that many of these same frustrated gamers are already set up to purchase future Maddens when they finally see one of these missing features being hyped/marketed as being included.

It's not bashing, it's just the way it is until another football becomes available.

I'm an Offline gamer, so M13 does nothing for me with how "Customization" is completely removed on purpose to force more gamers to Online.
