Confirmed by Ronnie2K:
Iverson is in fact the Iverson of the 2001 Philadelphia 76'ers.

Man A.I got lots of love from 2K on the ratings. 95 for MVP season A.I. sounds about right.

Iverson is rated pretty high for a guy who just shot a ton to get his numbers.

Iverson should be higher a 97 I thought. Steals, handles, ball security, layups, verticle, mid range should all be high

Wow, these ratings are something else... Jared Dudley?? I thought 2K Sports was releasing the ratings about the most asked players... I doubt anyone cares about guys like JD.

UNLESS 2k revamped their rating system -- which I doubt they did -- all three of them are too high, tbh.

I'm guessing they revamped their rating system. All these ratings are high to me.

If your only looking at it from this perspective it seems pretty high or too high but if you consider all the other aspects of his game then it's justified.

I'm just using the same argument people are against my man Kobe and also Melo. I like AI...but this guy was a horrible shooter compared to Kobe and he is a 95. I bet all the Dream Team guys are like 99s...lol at this rate who knows.

Well to be fair though Kobe is past his prime and he still registers a 93, and kobe has received the top of the 2K mountain in past years I think in his prime years he was a 97 so it's fair that A.I. deserves a 95 in his MVP season because Kobe surely got that love plenty of times. I do agree that Kobe deserved his ratings in the past as well as a 93 for an aging superstar.

It's not just the volume scoring. That's all detractors seem to gravitate to nowadays. Like prime Kobe, AI has many intangibles and elite talents that got overshadowed.

The elite ball handling.

unmatched speed.

GOAT stamina and durability.

elite finisher in traffic, especially for his body type.

I mean ... the rating will justify itself if you go back and watch tape.

I think Defense counts a lot this year towards the ratings. Anthony Davis' offense is pretty mediocre, but his Defense makes up for it. And Iverson would probably be a 90 with average defense. So my point is, don't jump to conclusions and say the ratings are too high, because the actual indepth ratings are unknown.

i'd really would like to know DeSagana Diops rating

Drexler and Barkley's 1992-1993 ratings better be better than this year's versions of Melo and Kobe. Those two could ball and we're in their prime. Somewhere in the 94-96 range would seem about right for Drexler and Barkley.

I'm actually fine with most of ratings released so far, but Melo, Iggy and Ellis need to drop 1-2 points each. The rest are pretty good.
