I'm really not nit picky when i comes to video games. But no Ray Lewis in the top 10? What is this?

Ray Lewis isn't a top 10 guy anymore.

Ray Lewis is no longer a top 10 defensive player in any way, shape or form.

Two 49ers in the top 10!

I'm surprised Jared Allen is still considered a top 10 guy. I'd argue that everyone behind him on this list is better than him.

I'm interested to see where Von Miller and Aldon Smith are after their rookie years.

This is true. Where is Suggs at? Did he win the award last year?

He had 66 Tackles and 22 sacks last year, how is his rating unjustified?

He did indeed. And no other injured players were droped, dont know why he should be.

Also I know its 1 point rating difference. But Ngata only at number 7? Cmon ... Really?

I'll be the one to say it. These OVR ratings don't matter, it's all about the individual ratings that players have.

Oh it is justified. I just would rather have those guys behind him in that top 10 list over him was my point.

EDIT: 9.5 sacks in 3 games. six in two games against Detroit who throws 75% of the time and 3.5 in a game against a Mike Martz pass happy offense as well.

I know but if u make a top 10 with highlights you better get the right players in.

On the demo Aldon Smith is an 89.

Do you realize that he could still be rated 96? That doesn't make top 10 but thats a fantastic rating (and one that I think is too high for his old ***)

I will agree here. Also it doesn't take into account how good the other players are around them. For instance part of why some guys are good is because of the team around them.

Haha then I'll ask you the tough question. If Aldon is an 89. Where do you put Von Miller.

# 20 StreetCarp @ 08/20/12 12:43 PM
It's absurd that they group every defensive position together.

Jared Allen should be a 99 after putting up something like 22 sacks. Mario Williams should drop to something like 95 and Suggs should replace him.
