It was the Gamescom build - the regular build includes features, modes, presentational stuff we haven't began talking about yet. The core gameplay, however, is playable - and the guys spent literally ALL DAY playing it and got to spend time with the Dev's for a long while as well. It was a great session for them and I'm sure they will put together their feedback in the next few days to get out to all of you.
Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply! Hopefully their inputs and suggestions will make it to the final built of the game, can't wait!
I know some information wont be given until later in the month/next month.
But, Did the team see all of game so far or just certain aspects?
Mainly gameplay as we have not announced other stuff. That being said, they spent time with the Dev's in deep conversations - vannwolf, for example, spent a TON of time talking playbooks. When I saw their long lists being checked off completely in terms of questions, that brought a smile to my face. The guys got the answers and played the game ALL day. It was great.

Last note - as the Dev's are finalizing the game (tweaking stuff, polishing) they took the time to sit in with the guys for an extended period of time. They were watching and talking to the guys as they were playing.

Thats great.
Can we expect a Insight Vid VERY SOON in the future?
I'm sold on the gameplay, looks smoother and smoother with each new vid, glad to see the real life aerials of the stadium, also new presentation is cool.
Hopefully this makes it into the game: More mid-range game (dribble pull-up Js) is utilized by the CPU opposition, lower PIP and 3PT attempts by the CPU.
Any way you can tell us if this aspect of the gameplay was implemented in 2K13 LD2K? Thanks again!
I cant ever be too critical of 2k cuz I've had and loved every version since the original on the Dreamcast. So this is a day 1 must buy for me Xbox and PC. The only thing I did notice that would be a problem is at 6:22 the defender on R Lewis switched off because he's a guard and its a mismatch, but in doing so he left him alone in the corner WIDE OPEN for the easy three. Im sure this will be fixed. Just trying to bring attention to it in case it hasn't been already

YEA I noticed that too...Im sure it's been brought to their attention and its fixed...can't lie after watching at those gameplay vids its hard to play 2k12 at the moment
The game would do that ridiculous switch on the ball handler in My Player before one of the patches. THe game would recognize him as my responsibility and when he drains the 3, it's my Allow Man To Score negative teammate grade. Even though I was in the post on the PF.
