NCAA Football 13 Title Update #1 Available Now, Post Your Impressions Here (PS3, 360)

NCAA Football 13 title update #1 is available now for both PS3 and 360. Please keep in mind title update #2 arrives in late August, which fixes gameplay, dynasty and custom playbook issues. It will also include the Uniform Store.

What does the first title update fix exactly? Here's a recap.

	The first issue was a loss of functionality on the Playcall screen, which created a situation where you couldn't change the formation without pausing the game. The second issue was a random crash in our Dynasty mode while loading into a Dynasty game.

The online rankings system update, was a server side update last week. Once you play your next game, you'll notice a change in the leaderboards.

Hey can some of you guys tell me if you still have post game presentation? I dont know if my CD is messed up or what because after ALL my games there is no highlights or game MVP it just cuts right off ?? It just kills the moment of a good performance by a player ir rivalry game or when you earn an ESPN Classic.. A reply would be much appreciated thanks!

Skip all the cut-scene graphics. I've only had 1 freeze this year and it was during a between quarter animator transition that I didn't bypass. Just hit A or X right when you see it and you should *hopefully* be ok.

Did the patch fix the awful sacks off of CPU screens? That is the only real gripe I have with that game at this point.

Yes, four verticals is too easy and some other stuff is wrong, but I can look past that.

How big is your HDD on your XBOX? Many people with 4 GB consoles, or consoles with no storage available, never see the end game cut-scenes or the gametracks because there's no place for the game to store the information.

No. Froze when it was doing a gametrack of everything that happened in the game so far.

If you mean the cpu sacking you on a screen play really fast then I don't think so. I personally hate it, because it even makes you mess up the throw because the pressure is right there, but when it works when those MFs blitz... OH MY

I am seeing all the end of game updates player of the game etc. Not sure what you have going on bro. Maybe you will figure it out.

I understand what your saying, but at this point Im done. Why skip all the presentation just to make the game work better? I rather get rid of the headache and be done with it.

Have you tried the auto-save workaround? It worked for me. Basically do anything that would make your dynasty auto-save(I re-order a recruit on my board), and then try to play. Also, I have heard that if you create a new save file, rename it to something different, and then try that it works as well.

We shouldn't have to do these work arounds...especially after a patch that was suppose to fix it, but it could help.

So was wrong default hersey's fixed? Or will we have to wait until late August for that? I thought they said that was getting fixed with the July 31st patch?

Yea thats what im saying. I think its sad at this point to workaround glitches and bugs still in this game. Why put the presentation in if I cant watch it. This many years in, still.

im not sure if the patch cause this but ive never seen it until after downloading patch....anyways anyone else have the QB beat your center to line of scrimmage? like the center is running at a slower rate....sometimes the center will line up a yard behind rest of line? Also my safety also has this "slow rate" problem like kinda glitchy looking.....

I had the slow motion player pre patch but never have seen the qb beat center to the line. When my player was staying sluggish/in slow mo I was playing on normal speed. Now playing on slow and have not seen this since adjusting my game speed.

Played 4 games with the patch... Sorry, not a single difference in this game. Totally a placebo thing going on because absolutely NOTHING is different in gameplay. Not trying to be mean-spirited to those who see something new, but the game still plays just like it did. As stated a few posts ago, a meaningless title update for offline gamers.

I ran the update and boom my game still froze in Dynasty mode..PROBLEM NOT FIXED
