If you order from Amazon will you receive the game on release day? I've never ordered a game from them before, but I may this year.

Yes, if you pay for release day shipping which is $0.99 or free if you have an Amazon prime membership.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Just pre-ordered with the 99-cent same-day delivery. Got a nice little surprise, a $10 promotional credit, not sure where that came from, maybe a purchase last year. Either that or I unwittingly signed up for an Amazon credit card.

Anyway, final price was $35. Can't beat that. Will be even less, down to about $6, after I trade in that P.O.S. MLB 2k12.

Do you have to pay now for the pre-order or when the game ships???

Toys R Us right now has both version for 44.99 on preorder on their website. Maybe us PS3 owners should bomb Amazon with emails. Last year alot of Madden players were able to get discounts due to this. Toys R Us had it for 44.99 preorder.

So Amazon isn't giving $20 credit for your next game with pre-orders anymore? I still got my discount from last year so I'm only paying $20 for NCAA 13.

Where's the "Shut Up And Take My Money" picture? That's me right now to Amazon with regard to this offer.

Doesn't Amazon do a price match or something? This would then make the PS3 version also $45, no?

Edit: Apparently Amazon does not do price matching, except on TV's.

I have both a 360 and PS3, but have played NCAA on the PS3 the past few years. I don't think it'd be a huge change switching consoles, especially since MLB The Show dominates my PS3.

This is a good deal and .99 cents to have the game in your mailbox on release day is a great price.

Do you have to be a Prime member to do trade-ins?

Seems odd that this is a 360-only deal. Hopefully the PS3 will get it as well.

No. Anybody can do trade-ins. Shipping is free (you print out a label) and they usually give you more than GameStop or other places.

They usually wait to announce that credit closer to the release date to ramp up pre-orders before the game ships.

At least, that's what they've done the last few years.

From the link:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006VB2UO6...5R59QF5MRT8FV&

Pre-order Price Guarantee! Order now and if the Amazon.com price decreases between your order time and the end of the day of the release date, you'll receive the lowest price.

That includes pre-order credits they offer later in the process. They usually hold those until the end to lure in any fence dwellers. The rest of us who ordered earlier get them as well.

I had the TRU deal. But since Amazon has the same price, AND you get the unis ... No brainer.

Love me some Amazon!

I'm sure the question has been asked before.. I dont have time to look back for it because I'm at work... I've never pre-ordered a game from Amazon... Do they charge when you order the game or do they wait until they ship it to you? Also do you get it release day or a few days later?

Thanks for the reply...
