Operation Sports Full Minors 2012 Roster - Opening Day Edition Available Now

First of all I wanna thank everyone who had a hand in this set that Knight has thanked before. Its been an honor to work with such a great set of editors. Also thanks to OS, in my opinion the greatest message board and sports gaming site on the web..bar none. Knight would have put this post up tonight had he not had an illness but lets be real... without him this set would not be possible...so cheers to you M.K!

Ok so whats included...

-corrections from ST version
-MLB lineups/rotations should be accurate as of opening day
-AAA lineups rotations as close as possible..minors cant be perfect due to lower level prospects
-transactions up to today
-updated transactions
-we tried to get as many requests from you guys in as possible

-AAA and AA more accurate including career minor leaguers with mlb service time given service time..so no promotions and then rookie status
-tons of fixes to the original OD set
- transactions accurate to current day
- ratings tweaks to any Low rated scea player..no big stars most are low depth chart guys rated way off
- SCEA caps imported from roster updates only if a decent version...some appearances then tweaked (Darvish, Cespedes etc)
-25 man rosters
- remember this roster will be missing a chunk of the lower level prospects in order to add the AAA and AA guys

This is mainly for guys who like playing with accurate minor leagues

Does anyone have an update of Ridin's last roster, without any pitch edits. Basically I'm looking for Ridin's last one with transaction updated through the break. I don't mind a few ratings tweaks or player appearance edits, but I'm not interested in pitch edits. Thanks.

OK guys OSFM 7/14 uploaded to the vault...thanks to all the community guys for their face tweaks etc..updated transactions AAA and AA are very close to perfect....most injured guys in A ball....used alot of feedback from guys in this forum on who to use from the vault etc..so thanks to everyone and enjoy!

Wow thank you!!! Great as always!

Just for the next pack, could you replace a couple of the 18/19 yr. olds who are in Short Season-A with some bench players for AA/AAA teams because for many of my players I have them wait in Single A for 3-4 years till the time that they would actually be ready for AA. I would rather sign FA 3-4 seasons down the road and edit them into these players in say a Franchise Mode rather than have them sit in my Class-A and take up a roster space.

Dear Ridin,

Thank you for your latest updated roster. It is great.

There is one player with Detroit that needs to be replaced in the next update. It is Jeff Baisley (3b). He was released June 29 by Detroit and since the beginning of July has been playing for the Charlotte Knights, the Chisox AAA team.

I need help. I started a dynasty with a set of rosters that only had 25 players on the 40 man roster. I went ahead and started the regular season assuming that the cpu would fill out the 40 man roster automatically. After playing a hand full of games I noticed that it had not added player to the 40 man roster. This causes problems because when someone goes on the DL nobody is called up. Is there any way to get the computer teams to add players to the 40 man roster or will it eventually do so on its own?

I correctly fill out my 40 man rosters with the only down side being on opening day guys who should be in the minors make the team. Usually the best 25 on the roster make it. But if a player goes to the DL usually a players contract would be purchased. Usually it would be the best player with an 'A' potential at that position (Pitcher or Fielder). If it isnt doing that, than I would just add about 5 players to each teams 40-man before starting a Franchise and let the game do the rest.

Dear Ridin,

In my July 14 message I indicated that Jeff Baisley needs to be replaced in the Detroit franchise in your next update.

Please note that on July 15 Detroit released Ryan Strieby (1b). He should be replaced by Dan Dorn who was signed by Detroit and is now playing 1b at Toledo. Dorn had been released from Louisville (AAA).

Hey guys I have quick question regarding the 25 man roster file. Since the 40 man rosters only have 25 on them, and say someone goes on the DL, will the computer teams automatically replace the player on the MLB roster? I am using a one team control franchise and I am just curious to see if thats what happens since the 40 man rosters are not filled out completely.

I hate to bother you guys, but I'm in the middle of my franchise and don't want to take a chance on downloading the latest patch. So, needless to say I can't download anything from the vault since I don't have the latest patch installed. If at all possible, could someone upload the latest OSFM rosters to sendspace? I need a few players that weren't in the version I started my franchise with. (Sheets, Fien, De Vries etc.) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
