To be honest this Jose Bautista cover and Trailer seem way more polished than the Adrian Gonzalez one. Well done!

i thought the same thing.
the a-gon one seems off.
mostly arms in the pic, the body should be more in the pic.
the bats one on the other hand.

This game is amazing. I'm wondering who the cover athlete will be for New York if there are regional covers. Hamilton, Posey and Bautista. I think on the first trailer it was C.C. in the opening scene with the other guys, so it will most likely be C.C.

There are only two covers for MLB 12. The Bautista for Canada and Gonzo for the US.

Why not put an Actual Canadian on the cover vs some Latin ball player. Give me Joey Votto, Brett Lawrie or Justin Morneau any day over Bautista.

I would say because they are not playing for aCanadian team. I am not sure there are any Canadians on the Blue Jays. I am sure if Roy Halladay or Chris Carpenter were still one the club. Sony would have chosen one of them. Joey Bats is the most marketable player on the Blue Jays right now.

I am sure its a reason why Sony did it that way. It might be sales and marketing driven..
