I don't know about u all but I am still like in shock that we didn't get an update today. I am not disappointed, but surprised. We have been spoiled everyday for a week and half, and now we look forward to each day getting an update, and to nit get one surprises me.

It's like going home everyday and doing the same thing and to one day just change, throws u off, lol. Anyways I digress, honestly I was just really excited to hear my cats get bismark and hopeing to play him.

Maybe an afternoon update, not to mention Ronnie twitter has been dead for 24 hours almost.

No biggie man. They seem to only update rosters when a free agent signs or a 1st rounder signs his contract. 2nd rounders appear to be on the backburner

No matter the round they were drafted, I would say 99% of the teams have their rosters carved out already. It's their last pre season game and the season starts in 4 days. Regardless of whether they were drafted this year or not, players should be in the game. For example, two Knicks draftees Jerome Jordan(last year) and Josh Harrelson(this year) are not in the game, but signed guarenteed contracts already and are going to be getting some burn this year.

Hopefully by Christmas we have Opening Day rosters.

So Kyrie and Derrick Williams tweeted ronnie2k and complained about their ratings and got them changed. Is this a PR move with the players or did they just pull the original ratings out of thin air? I do know Derrick Williams speed is too low along with Jujuan's.

This is becoming a joke , are they going to raise the ratings of every crybaby player that complains? 1st it was Javale Mcgee, after that Kyrie Irving, and now Derrick Williams, and they are going to raise his dunk by 11 points while other players like LaMarcus Aldridge have to beast in the real nba to get an update?

To be fair, Kyrie Irving only said "everybody tellin me that @2KSports gave me no dunking points on 2k12...lol dang guess i gotta show em a little something"

To me that isn't him being a crybaby, but 2K trying to get NBA players to promote their game.

Derrick Williams specifically tweeted Ronnie2K saying "aye @ronnie2k can I get some boost on the game tho ! Lol", and responded again when Ronnie asked what ratings, saying "@ronnie2k Just my bounce in general lol"

Derrick Williams in my opinion complained (although he may have a point), and Kyrie just said he had to prove them wrong in real life.

Maybe I'm wrong, but thats how I looked at the situation

I cant believe 2k is doing things like this? How do you go evaluate a guy then bump him because he said it should be higher? Then tell him to throw it down over the season so it will keep moving up. Him throwing down monster dunks over the season should be the only reason it goes up. Not because he complains about it. What are they paying whoever does the rosters for if you going to have athletes come in and tell them to bump there ratings? The evaluation should have already been done.

So why dont he listen to us and the non athletes when we tell them Derick Fisher should not make threes like he is Ray Allen, or Kevin Durant should not be dunking like he is Vince Carter in his prime? Well because this definitly was a PR move done to keep Derrick Williams happy as noted by the tweet telling him he better be at E3 again.

I dont fault the players for saying something. Heck if I was in the league and I thought something was wrong in my ratings I would say something also. You know all these guys have egos.

I fault 2k for going and changing it. Let there play determine weather or not to give them a boost. Not because you want to keep them happy so they can continue to promote your game. Yes I know its marketing but still.

I was just about to post this. This may be a good thing. Hopefully they are waiting until rosters are finalized and can add most of the players that are not in.

I agree completely, I don't blame Williams at all, I just liked what Kyrie said better.

I blame 2K completely for giving in. Its an awkward situation for them though lol

its not even finalized yet
so write down derrick williams stats and compare them to the upate to see if 2k really follows through with it..
so stop complaining and wait to see what 2k does to his ratings

I don't know who you were referring to but I wasn't complaining because I don't care, I am editing them anyways. I was just defending an earlier post blaming the Irving and other players.
