Some of the NBA rookies will be included, since they have signed their contracts. Other rookies will become available, as they officially sign with their respective team.
They can't go by what they read on HoopsWorld or Yahoo! News, as an officially licensed product they need the go ahead from the NBA w/ confirmation of moves. Do you guys seriously expect the NBA to have office hours on a Sunday night? A lot of the signings aren't "official" by NBA standards yet, even if they're in training camp.
All official signings are on NBA.com's Free Agency tracker. Even easier than going to Yahoo or PoopsWorld.
There wouldn't be a single person bitching right now if they hadn't told us it was coming out and then delayed it. The solution is very simple really. 2K needs to not say anything until it is actually being posted to the servers and then just go, "Hey, surprise!! Rosters are out!" saying you are going to do something by a certain date and then not doing it is pretty normal in videogames these days, but it's still not cool.

It's not the end of the weekend yet. It is still possible.
Also, if there is are unseen kinks that need to be worked out, then they need to work them out. It's a video game, wake up its not that important.

LOL. People would be going nuts if they said nothing. You think its bad now? The other way we would have 20 different threads complaining about 2k's lack of communication.
I dont understand what the fuss is about...If all the moves arent yet finalized why should 2K rush out a roster update now? shrug
2k stated that they're going to constantly bring out roster updates, so regardless if the moves aren't finalized or not, we should be getting little updates here and there.
With the rate 2k is going, i doubt they're going to constantly bring out updates though.
everyone just needs to calm down i know a bunch of you guys, including myself, would have liked to play 2k with the new rosters today/tonight but thats obviously not going to happen...we should at least give 2k until the end of tomorrow.
and although ronnie's latest tweet does not appear on his page, if you search on twitter "ronnie2k" the tweet does still come up...i believe that if a tweet is deleted the original tweet would not show up anymore, could be wrong though.

The tweet was deleted without a doubt at this point. That tweet comes up as a retweet by others. If someone retweets you it doesn't go away from their page when you delete the tweet. You go to his page to find his most recent tweets

Have you never stated something only to not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances?
Have you ever thought of licensing issues if they aren't signed?
I swear so many of you are like little 3 year old kids thinking all your privileges are rights.
