I can finally do some serious damage in the post game this year especially online. Definitely loving how u can defend the post play better this year, big plus.
Something to note: If you don’t like the result of the move you’re in the middle of performing (maybe a defender is locking you up), you can press the post engage button again to queue up an engagement that keeps you in the post once the move ends. This can allow you to quickly attempt another post move.
Thank goodness they finally put this back in. Seems like they're using some of the mechanics that were in 2K8 and were missing the last 3 years. I wonder once a player loses his dribble whether his pivot foot is still active because I used that tactic a lot back in the day.
man, loving what i hear about the AGGRESIVE BACKDOWN MOVES, can drop our shoulders.... super realistic... i soooooooooooooooooooooooo hyped for this game, already told my parents that i've been doing my college homework in advance, like two weeks ahead, so when this games come out, going to be dead to the world! ( took off work also)

Much appreciated...licking my chops as the possiblities seem endless with my main man Big Al Jefferson, the last of a dying breed of bigs with an infinite repetoire down low....
OH...MY...GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHD. The post game is my absolute FAVORITE part of NBA 2K and they improved it more than I could ever imagine!
Geez man, I need to hibernate for the next few weeks because I can't take any more of this spectacular info or my head is gonna explode. We will be able to pull off sick moves like this in the post.
2K i will pay you $100 if I can get my copy early. Real talk!!
not sure if i like pulling the chair though, i could see people keep doing that move and can get annoying when u r posting up. NBA players don't do it that often.

I interpretted that as only happening by chance if a player is doing the "aggressive" back down.

I'm guessing if you don't try to aggressively back your man down, it won't happen.
Now that's a insight. Last year I never took the time to remember all the advance moves. The year they're making it more intuitive. Cause Boozer needs all the help he can get. LOL!
