Thanks. Some of us don't have the time to read through every thread and every post. I appreciate the quick response!

Wow, I'm pretty impressed. The collision looks great. Yeah there are some older snippets of the 10 there, but definitely think it's worth a buy.

Now to find yet another PS3 (sold my last 2 )

Don't worry. I didn't know that either.

Videos looked good. Nice to see some PS3 footage. Looking forward to the demo, and of course, July 12.

What this tells me is if I am an OC, then when the defense is on the field I won't see any of it??? I want to be able to see the defense play the game and actually use that time as well to think about how the D is playing against me, review from my notes what is working, etc... Tell me they won't sim everything if you are an OC or DC... please tell me they will give us the option of having the game play out for us to watch.
It has already been cofirmed that you can either sim or watch whatever side of the ball you are not coaching.

Whoops. Sorry, I didn't read the posts stating that already. :-)

The only minor thing Im not liking about NCAA is the in game presentation/broadcast. If they would have used Madden 11s replay system I think that would have been great. This is a sure buy for me but I hope next year they do a more TV style presentation.

I agree, I'm not a fan of NCAA's presentation. I want it to look as much as possible like a TV broadcast (minus the broadcast cam during gameplay). I especially don't like the replay view from the ground on a run play, right in front of the RB. Madden's presentation looks VERY good to me, I really like how they cut from the broadcast cam to the regular gameplay cam (behind QB) after the team breaks the huddle. I like the new kickoff broadcast cam also. The biggest thing NCAA needs too is new commentary.

I have to admit it is almost hard to watch these videos after watching the Madden ones. The presentation elements in Madden 12 are off the charts to me, they look phenomenal. The broadcast cam in NCAA is a nice addition but overall it just doesn't match the new feel of Madden.

Honestly, with the imposed 1st down line on the field, I don't think I'd ever notice the chain gang.

plus, unless you are inside the 20-10, you'd have to search the sidelines to actually see them

really, chain gangs are on windsock's level

Same. Chain Gang isn't that big of a deal to me unless they improve presentation.

The tackling looks so much better.

45 seconds into the 2nd video The CPU DOES IT AGAIN! in this years game, it was a sure sack and he just threw it into the ground for the incompletion. That should have either been a sack by the DLineman (because he got there so fast no way the QB had enough time to react) OR it should have been intentional grounding because there was no one in the area of the ball.

I hated seeing that in NCAA 11 and here it is again. I lost about 3 or 4 sacks a game in last years version because of that BS and the QB throwing out of a sack like that. It's a shame they STILL haven't fixed it.

I just hope it doesn't occur like that too often, if so *shakes fist*
