No editing budgets.
I did ask for one of two things for '12 in regards to this.
Either to allow us to edit budgets through direct editing or to be able to assign small/medium/large/YANKEE budgets at the start of each year in a franchise.
The other option was to add an owner to the franchise mode and be able to assign and edit his attitude towards budget.(and to be able to "petition" him for extra money for a FA or trade(you and the CPU)....of course at the peril of losing points with him if your move doesn't work out if he agrees.

Just a typo on the fact sheet, maybe?
That actually might be the ones they added in previous years.
There are some overlapping additions(from previous years) on that sheet.

You know what, you are right.
Its under a section called core franchise features.

All the stuff there is a recap of bigger things the Show has to offer form past versions.

So six it is!

That would be awesome...it would be great to have a owner personality type thing, where you feel you have to think twice before doing anything..LOL

(These are other standout features I wasn't fully aware of or expecting until now)
- Road to The Show 5.0 (PS3)the new No Assist Fielding option to make the fielding experience even more realistic. With No Assist Fielding, if you don't react, the game won't do it for you![

-Camera Editor (PS3) – you can modify each pitch meter’s placement and size as well!

- Tutorial Movies (PS3) – The tutorial movies showcase and explain the new controls

- New Presentations – This year, watch for new pitch-by-pitch sequences that look back at, say, all seven pitches in an at-bat that led to a walk, or a montage of a pitcher's last six strikeouts.

¨ Retooled Fielder Ratings – Improved fielder ratings make defensive substitutions play an even larger role within gameplay. (Snip) This year you’ll see an even larger separation in performance by Gold Glovers versus those players less known for their fielding prowess.

Knight,

Its like you know everything I want in a game. Its crazy, as I would love a TWIB type weekly wrap-up. Man that would be amazing.

I'm curious to find out what exactly they mean by 'keeping up with your friends in the show'. Their franchise games?! That would be awesome because I like to talk to my friends about their franchises too.

I'm not sure exactly what might be in there...but I know it will give you info if you choose to include friends in the ticker(it's an option)....on there Challenge of the Week status and perhaps their RTTS status. Not sure on franchise, but I don't think so. Could be wrong on that part though.

Love hearing the info about fireworks during and after home wins. This omission last year stung!

LOL, Try fitting this Fact sheet & it's long list of features in the back of MLB11 BlueRay slipcover..

# 54 Visionsofmastery @ 02/06/11 12:27 AM
so who wants to team-up on opening day of the game and play some team-ball?

2-4-6-8 those are the spots in lineup I want

# 55 Eman5805 @ 02/06/11 01:24 AM
Emotions? Like personality types for CAPs or RTTS players?

I think I am most excited about being able to create an entire fictional MLB roster. I guess there comes the issue of created players not having their respective career stats, but the idea is intriguing nonetheless.

I don't know whether or not this is possible but I would love to see this addition.

Hopefully this year will be the first step in a deeper customization process: Creating custom leagues, uniforms and logos, inputting statistics from from previous years, and possibly even era specific equipment? Paradise.

2 things that I would still like to see added to The Show's astounding list:

1) A SportsCenter or "This Week in Baseball" type show format. Something to show nightly highlights or a weekly recap. Something to put things in perspective. Scores, highlights, trades, injuries, big performances, division standings, playoff races and all that good editorial stuff.

2) Game Breaks. The new ESPN style ticker at the bottom with live scores is amazing, but i'd love to see it supplemented with out-of-town highlights between innings as well.

Other than that, this looks like a brilliant list of improvements for an already stellar sports game!

Sounds great. Just one big disappointment: Create a player with your own face using eye-toy is PS2-only? I don't get it why this feature should not be possible for PS3? I love this feature in the Tiger Woods franchise.
