I'm still tinkering with the CPU's pass accuracy. Like you said, 42 and below and they throw away too many easy passes. 43 and up seems to barely have an effect. Since there is a lack of CPU turnovers anyway I've left it at 42 and just deal with the "sailed inbounds passes" to even things out.
Yeah, I move more and more in that direction.
The gameplay has three fundamental flaws.
1.) An unrealistic turnover engine.
2.) O-Boards are low.
3. ) CPU shot selection.
These three things are essentially broke. Everything else is above fundamental. I hope they address these in 2K12.
Man FT's are still doing my head in. My Bulls are 58% after 5 games in my association. Nearly a full 20% behind every other team in the league. I even tried switching to Shot Stick with the difficulty at 0 and I still had players bricking them like crazy even with perfect timing. Just shot 47% against the Celtics. Is this just me? I feel like I'm going nuts...I mean I just had Derek Rose shoot 1 from 7...

I'm wondering if this has something to do with a roster update. I've tried everything the last two nights - shot stick and Real FG% with difficulty at 0 and 100 and I still shoot between 45-60% with every team I've used since the patch.
So yes, I'm going crazy too. Holding off on starting my Assoc until we can figure out what's causing this. It doesn't seem like it's the patch because not everyone is reporting it.
Wow... I'm not currently on line but I'll tell what...I not missing the patch from what it sounds like. The biggest issue I'd like addressed is the lack of charging calls. I play on sim slider with fatigue at 47 as my only adjustment...

Anyone notice how players run during a fastbreak now. They seem to have either a new animation. Or the players actually pressing speed to full in the lanes.
These are small things... But I'm loving how we get loose balls and long rebounds now. It is amazing to see.

If you're referring to the way players 'pump their arms' while running at full speed, yes I noticed it. Not liking it too much, though. Reminds me too much of a ScoobyDoo cartoon.

Offensive rebounds are consistently in the 10-15% range of available rebounds, even with the slider at 100 and D Rebound slider at 0. They should be 21%-31% range, or 26% specifically.

Try to delete the gamedata file before you restore your PS3.
I deleted all my files from the system after backing them up, tried to play the game it froze right before the jump ball all the guys were just rocking.
So I restored my system as another user suggested only to have
it freeze after the 1st basket of the bulls vs lakers the computer would not throw the ball in bounds so I switched teams to get the ball in play only to be fouled and it froze as I was attempting to shoot freethrows on the player who commited the foul. Quit the game and the ps3 completely froze.
I tried ejecting the game nothing so I manually shut off the system with the switch on the back, only to find that i cannot even select the game anymore nor would it eject.
The only way to eject the game and have the system read it is if I eject while its powered off then re-insert but I cannot seem to get pass the intial start up game now without it freezing.
What should I do now, is anyone else having these issues post patch?

Does PS3 still let you format the hard drive? This might be a last resort. But it might not solve it and you will lose everything on the hard drive (that you don't back up on some external device).
Before doing that, try eliminating all other possibilities-- controller issue, disc issue, customization issues, etc.

Yes you can still format the hard drive, I will try that. The game played perfectly fine until I got the patch. Other games play fine just 2k11 I'm having these issues.
Such as Pared suggest me I´m going to post here. I like the post-patch perimeter defence, but I think than in the paint, players have to be more "fixed". Sometimes your oponent its playing in the post...and the next that you see is the opponent making the basket without opposition and without make any special move or post move. Now, I´m using 40 speed, 25 in controller defence assist, and default sliders...

Online play is not that fun anymore. The new shot releases are not matching the players animations. Its so inconsistent now compared to how it was was before. I liked the pre patch defense. Now after the patch players just go through defenders easily and lead passes are more effective. I do not understand why the things that were not problems online changed for the worse.

Some of these shots have really late releases online. It might be later than you think. I've been playing ranked games with the Sacramento Kings and I'm finally hitting open shots that I couldnt make consistently before the patch. Today I played a Heat user and to no surprise he didnt know how to play defense or refused to play defense. I was able to torch him from 3 with Luther Head.
so far what i dont like about the patch is it messed up the fastbreak pionts every time my teammates or i get a steal and try to pass it to the open men ahead of us/me the game makes you lose the ball for a second or two so the computer can catch up with you so you wont a a open dunk/layup. why did they mess with this in the game it was fine.
