I wouldn't expect to see it today. Bill Gates told me it will be likely be delayed by at least a few days. He is busy counting his money (and to be fair, writing oversized checks to various charities).

i thought i read somewhere here in OS and i think it came from Redshirt that because MS was busy with Kinect, it will be delayed for couple of days for 360 users.

Please put PS3 patch impressions in the stickied thread for them and use the NHL11 Patch Details thread for general discussion of what is included in the patch (for those of us who are waiting on the 360 update).
