The EA Podcast said that they are hoping to put out roster updates every two weeks. That would make the next scheduled roster update next Tuesday, on November 16.

I wouldn't expect to see it today. Bill Gates told me it will be likely be delayed by at least a few days. He is busy counting his money (and to be fair, writing oversized checks to various charities).

i thought i read somewhere here in OS and i think it came from Redshirt that because MS was busy with Kinect, it will be delayed for couple of days for 360 users.
