NBA 2K11 News Post

OS will be at the NBA 2K11 launch party in New York City at the famous Hudson Terrace tomorrow night! We have both Steve Bartlett and Mike Carraggi attending the event tomorrow night! The party will be packed with several NBA players, celebrities and musical guests. This is usually a big event and 2K is promising this year's event should be pretty eventful.

We will get the opportunity to interview Derrick Rose, Rajon Rondo, Russell Westbrook, Andre Iguodala and Josh Smith, among other people. So if you want to get a question answered, be sure to leave a line here or by tweeting Steve Bartlett @Hurricane414.

I left my 360 in another country and there was no demo on pc so all my 2K11 gaming time was done on ps3 and gotta say from watching other people's video's playing on xbox360, it seems lacking in colours, smoothness and other little details.

No big deal though, still waiting for pc version news
I don't know guys. I agree with want you're saying, but if I didn't hate Sony so much, I would prefer to play on the PS3 BECAUSE it does look so detailed. I can't play close up views on the 360 because I see all of the graphical warts, so I play Skybox. I think it looks TOO detailed honestly. I just don't like that.

Was there last year as well, Melo wasn't at the NY launch - but he was at an event 2K had out in LA. Not sure about Kobe though.

Alot of Jordan footage in the video

This video should be used as a commercial. I also noticed a new type of calve sleeve in the game. Looks really nice.

seriously 2k? no friggin court reflections on PS3?...it's 2010 and they can't get court reflections? wow...just wow. really dissappointing....oh well...i guess if that's what they had to do to get the game to run smooth........wow. as a PS3 owner, it's really getting old always feeling like the kid who has to wear generic walmart shoes when all the other kids (360 owners) get nikes...developers always crap out on the ps3 owners and leave us with an inferior game. i mean didn't 2k7 have court reflections? maybe because they added more animations they had to remove court detail to make up for it?

Haven't folks spent enough time complaining about this? This isn't new information. Folks have already made their feeling known about this. Live with it. The day you see ANY cross platform title look exactly the same on both platforms is the day you can whine about this one, or Elite if you so choose, not being equal. If you want to whine about it more, go talk to Sony.

See the obvious pattern here?
Because NYC is where it's at. Don't hate.
