2K Sports have just posted another NBA 2K11 Developer Insight, this one featuring presentation.

	"Dynamic Attendance Have you ever noticed that at a Lakers home game, during tip-off, the seats aren�t quite filled yet? As if half the ticket holders are stuck in 405 during rush hour. NBA2K Gamer: Did you guys add this to NBA 2K11? DDP: Yessir Well, when you tip with Bynum come NBA 2K11, expect to see a couple of empty seats that won�t be filled until half way through the 1st Quarter. And this doesn�t just happen in LA, it happens in pretty much every city. We took attendance numbers and watched a lot of footage from every team in the NBA to make sure the numbers were as accurate as possible. Depending on which city the game is being played in, and who the players on the scheduled road team are, the arena may or may not be at full capacity at the start of the game. Over the course of the game, the arena will fill to its capacity at different rates.."

I really hope playoff atmosphere means like white-outs, red-outs, etc.

Seriously? Can this game get ANY better? The Association insight has me drooling in anticipation. I NEED this game NOW.

I'm actually glad they did this to differentiate holiday broadcasts....rather than have the same ol overlays....i wonder if the crowd thins out when theres a blowout...

I loved the overlays and the sounds.. makes it stand out from being a regular day when playing NBA Today.

I wonder if we will finally get: coaches/assitants movement (trade, promote, demote, FA, ..., insider updates when real life movement happens), create a coach/assistant (with cyber face shot, playsbook, tendencies, ...) and edit a coach/assistant (tendencies, playsbook, salary, ...).

It'd be beyond awesome if when the Hornets make the playoffs, the crowd comes in yellow Fan Up shirts.

wow..thanks 2k for all the work that you have put in...with the dynamic attendance im really hoping it changes and works more for the way your team is playing and competing and not based on how good or bad the attendance is for each team in the real NBA. Say in association or My Player you happen to play for a really bad team that gets blowed out most of the time, fans wont show up much. If you change that team to where they are more competitive and loosing close games with a few more wins more fans will show up, but if you really change the team around and winning games against good teams, going on nice win streaks and making playoff runs fans should be filling up the arena.

Real broadcast like TNT and ESPN also do things like that.

Oh yes! Finally they have changed Gerald Wallace's face. Now he has cornrows. But the Warriors-Court is way off. The yellow looks too bright, I'm getting blind! xD xD xD

Good job 2K, good job! Seems like you saved all those great things for NBA 2K11 with MJ instead of the 10th anniversary edition.
