NBA 2K11 Demo Set For September 14th, Lakers vs. Celtics (PS3, 360)

The NBA 2K11 Facebook page has been updated with a demo date of September 14th. You can choose between the Lakers or Celtics.

We will update this post as more details are released.

*UPDATE: The demo will be 1 quarter at 5 minutes, on default pro difficulty. Audio will be stripped down for the demo.

You guys get a small taste of NBA 2K11 gaming three weeks in advance of launch! Remember, no audio on it and it's one quarter but it'll give you a little idea of gameplay mechanics.

Hopefully they don't go too barebones on the demo this year and at least let us experience the new playcalling system.

This is a big statement by 2k. Is this the earliest they have ever released a Demo? To me this says they are very confident in their final product. Can't wait to play it.
