I mean all you have to do is create a pretty realistic 85-86 roster (or download one from the guys who do this so well) which should be much easier seeing as we have already been told we can import the legends into the rosters. Put Jordan on the Bulls (where he belongs, it just wouldn't seem right for me to have him on any other team) and play through the seasons with him transforming his body, skills and looks over time to mirror real life. Sounds like a little slice of heaven to me.

Agree. I'm planning to do the same...no Jordan in today's cack NBA.

The shorts are too long but look at the jersey if they made the shorts shorter then the jersey has to be tight fitting other wise it wont look right with a baggy jersey and really short shorts they need to fix that.

Another thing MJ was slimmer then this from the body and face from 84-86 and had longer legs and arms. This body would suit a 91-93 MJ more then that one. But maybe he just needs to be slimmer and the portions of his arms and legs are right i cant tell but i know he needs to be slimmer.

i just hope they don't forget about the 2010-11 season with all their jordan stuff. i don't want 2K11 to be 2K10 + MJ.

Sounds good but I wonder how quickly some players would retire. For example if you put Ewing on the Knicks(who entered the league after Jordan), will that 94-95 Ewing already be a ten year vet while Mike is a rookie? By the time he reaches his prime a lot of these guys will be gone if that's the case. The 90-91 Magic was in the last season of his career. OR maybe you can use the younger version of these guys off the 'legends' rosters I suppose.... either way, I'd likely do that over having Mike in the current NBA.

my interpretation is that you start the 2010 season as a rookie Jordan and progress his career from that point on. The trades and player movement that they are talking about means that trades will happen around the league, drafts, and free agency just like in association mode when you start in 2010. So basically your Jordan in todays NBA and the NBA will go through the motions while you play as MJ

My understanding is that it will act as a franchise mode beginning in 2010 and operating into the future. Signings and trades means the league will change around you (Kobe aging and retiring, for instance). It won't just be static rosters. It's a fantasy 2010 franchise where MJ is a rookie in modern day.

Edit: Whoops, Rider's already said it. I need to type faster.

All of the above: you get to start playing with MJ as if he just came out of college and is 21 years old in the 2010-11 season in a career that can span up to 20 years or so.

Maybe I could put MJ on the Knicks, and win some of those damn rings back that he stole from us.....HaHa

# 133 youvalss @ 08/12/10 02:57 PM
If you put MJ on the Knicks, the chemistry drops all the way down

# 134 aloncho11 @ 08/12/10 03:20 PM
Maybe not quite so...since MJ and Pat Ewing and Charles Oakley are very good friends...not to mention MJ is also friend of Spike Lee

P.S.

On MJ's 2nd comeback (Wizards) he was originally going to play for the Knicks and only went to Washington because his good friend and old coach Doug Collins was there...

MJ can be friend with everyone, until they play on his team

Well he did play with Ewing on the Dream Team and with Oakley on the Bulls and the Wizards...so I think those two would be an exception

Still not sure about this mode...Man, young MJ with today's players...it's like going against everything I believe in. Maybe I'll just play through the Jordan Challenge, then play with the 1990 Pistons until I can't do it anymore, then start a season with the current Pistons.
