O.S. Full Minors V.4

Includes the Full Minors rosters with all credit to Knight165, RidinDwnKinglsey and KSig24.

Includes Faces by Knight165, Mr. Franchise and the great team of contributors to that aspect.

Includes the Stances and Accessories by Strut24 and the community at large who provided information for their local / favorite players.

Includes the Pitch and Stamina Edits by RAZRr1275 and Pope300hitter05.

Includes the majority of SCEA created players, both pitchers and hitters, re-rated utilizing the Roster Tools program using a true (non-weighted) 3 year rating average (07-08-09) as a base. These ratings were then modified in an attempt to mirror 2010 performance. Note that some SCEA created players were not modified due to lack of MLB service time and small sample set.

Full credit for this version to Bahnzo for all the work he does on the Roster Tool.

Full credit and especially thanks to ThirdDegree5803 who put in a ton of time working of this roster version.

Enjoy and please leave feedback.

V4.1 to come - Different Stamina edits."

its under v4 minorfixes on the vault for anyone interested...could anyone key me in on the missing players on the set? i know mike lamb apparently is? is he a free agent on the set? im guessing he's either back on fla or somewhere else...

if hustlinowl doesn't do his franchise file i might get this underway soon i just don't know if its tonight or tomorrow i'll let you guys know...
Is there anyway somepne could upload these minor fixes to here so I can download them? That would be great

So Bahnzo's RosterTool is up and running again. Are these the stamina ratings you guys will be using for v4.1? The ones calculated by his roster tool?

So every time Price has pitched he has been running on absolute empty for at least 15 pitches? That's a whole inning worth of pitches with ABSOLUTELY 0 ENERGY. That's insane.

RAZR said these weren't for simmed stats and that he didn't care about producing unrealistic sim stats. Now, they are producing unrealistic played game stats. He could at least admit this and try to help out. I really appreciate all the work you guys put in and love to use these rosters, but this issue is killing it for me now.
I'm sorry Dean, but you are not entitled to an exclusive set of the FM rosters catered to your own desires and preferences. You have mentioned how some of the designers/makers of the FM rosters have screwed things up/have been unfair and then accused them of lying about the results of such roster.....you have been rude and WAY OUT OF LINE. Even if your premises have been accurate (I mostly disagree) you have communicated your observations in a very poor way. If you are as un-satisfied with the results of the FM rosters as you've stated thus far, I think you ought to spend some time creating your own rosters.

It's a done deal. I'm over it. I was just pointing out that Price needed fixing.

-Mike Lamb 1b/3b from the same team (also a vet)
-Brian Sweeney (back from playing well in Japan, a 2.51 ERA in 3A Tacoma before being called up) from Mariners
-Angel Sanchez from Red Sox/Pawtucket

for CAP I believe Lamb and Sanchez are on the latest SCEA update.
and who are you willing to drop to make these happen?

yeah, if i recall correctly, that would be correct, it's on the old v3 thread... but remember, the rostertool is what makes v4 what it is, thanks to jasnake and TDs time and familiarity w/ using it...

so being that stamina was the only thing in v4 that was not based on rostertool information, v4.1 shall make it so.

hmm, actually Dean isnt looking for an exclusive set after all, if you think about it for a sec. the exclusive set was already released under the guise of v3 for the masses. basically V3 received a sorta 'personal' stamina edits set into the project i think based on rodcarew's research or formula for what stamina should be for starting pitchers that worked out okay for Razrs own in-game play needs, but for which sim results are unknown, uncared for. this was implemented last yr also if i recall correctly, nobody objected i think on the results, ingame or simmed...

jasnake's and TD's work w/ Banzho's info. contribution the to the project this yr as of v4 is something new for this yr, though it tested well in a yr end roster release by jasnake that very few people downloaded and tested (I did)...

attributes generated by the banzho tool and jasnake's '3 yr avg' calculations sim out and play out well by all accounts far as I can read.

thus, whatever apparently can be done for the pitcher attributes w/ this method's data, will make v4.1 more complete...a set that is more fully banzho tool derived... thus v4.1 being a set no longer containing exclusive tweaks originally meant for razrs own play (and still is), but he had been kind enough to share (along with his pitch edits), out for the masses for multiple mlb the shows.

this being said, i dont know how the banzho info can do the job for accurate stamina ratings whereby zero energy bar occurs after about 110 pitches. Anyway, from my 1 test tonight, a starting pitcher w/ a stamima of say 71, will have a zero energy bar around 95 pitches. meaning, he wont maintain the same mph on his pitches, yet most MLB starters do w/o problem. here's the one test... if i up the stamina 10%, to like 78, i tested and the pitcher can go to like 105, maybe even 110 pitches i dont remember... before a zero energy bar, that is, 105-110 pitches before drops in his mph. that i think, is headed in the right direction to better match real MLB starter stamina.... so, give everyone across the roster 10-12% more stamina rating? dunno that 'curve' across the board assumes no starter on the roster needs more than 10-12%... or that some were to high to begin with. anyway, i figure manager hook would need to be tweaked also. Remember was it not up until maybe 10 yrs ago, that MLB had this defined middle relief pitcher. Starters would go 120+ pitches, then go to the closer that pitched 2+ innings. in that era you'd see starter ooph dropoff. now, the closer does 1+ IP, on max effort, rosters have loads of middle relievers/setup men specialists... and starters are capped 'manager hooked' at/shortly after this magical number of 100 pitchcount.... starters are basically yanked before they drop off...

The pitch and stamina edits are great. Loving them. All this whining about the stamina is ridiculous.

web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/stats/stats.jsp?pos=OF&sid=milb&t=p_pbp&pid=545341

-Schoeneweis (Boston) is a CAP, can be edited into someone else, good!
To Seattle as Brian Sweeney?
Mariners have 2 19 year-old SS, and Nick Franklin might be a good one
web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/stats/stats.jsp?pos=SS&sid=milb&t=p_pbp&pid=545338
Gaby Noriega could be moved to Boston and changed to A.Sanchez?

-RF Marcell Ozuna (19 year old with FLA) could be edited into M.Lamb.

-There's still the "Grant A" player that's editable/usable in the FA pool.

NB: Robert Manuel and Daniel Cabrera (AAA Boston)+ Bryson Cox and Jason Rice (AA Boston) are CP, Dustin Richardson and Richie Lentz are RP.
SP named Stolmy Pimental (also Red Sox) is really spelled Pimentel.
Matt Dominguez (3b with FLA, a good prospect), is 20yo not 18.
those players can remain, once you start a season or franchise several players are created as free agents that are editable.

I've been working on updating all transactions (even 3A and 2A) to have up-to-date rosters to play online (if it's even possible), like you do Hustlin, but for exhibition or RTTS play.
(BTW I'm using mvpEdit, a great tool)
where can i find that mvpedit program.can i even use it for the show?thx

I just downloaded the v4 rosters..anyone have Willy Taveras on the Nationals still because I know he is a Phillie. I am just wondering because maybe my rosters are not loading correctly. Can anyone check there rosters to see and let me know..

Edit: Looks like there is a few issues with these rosters. Players that are no longer on teams are still there unless or am i missing something?

If I'm not mistaken v4 like previous versions is made up of Opening Day Rosters. What team was he on opening day?

Sure Sweeney for Nick Franklin... Except Franklin is hitting 295 with an 890 OPS. And 14 HR which is 2nd in the midwest league. Without looking at the roster the other 19y.o. SS is either Noriega or Triunfel who are also good prospects.

I could look at the rosters tomorrow and give you a better name.
